May 26, 201114 yr Hmm.. reminds me of the Audiobahn 34"Sadly enough, Cadence is suppose to be a well done mainstream company but if this is a copy of Audiobahn's old old oldschool sub.. then shame on Cadence..
May 26, 201114 yr Author Looked interesting that's why I posted it lolLooks entertaining. No one will probably ever buy it, because for one you can get louder with more, and space required probably massive lol
May 26, 201114 yr or better yet.. who uses a professional circle jig for cutting that out.. back to the drawing board...Gotta use custom compass to mount that thing..But if this is like the audiobahn, another fail at spl output...
May 26, 201114 yr Author I hope not, I like cadence speakers. Haven't tired woofers, and don't plan on in future.
May 26, 201114 yr lol ya the cutout would be a pain in the butt to do lol! hey shizzzon the audiobahn sub back in the day how many dB's were they able to get out of it? do you know off hand?
May 26, 201114 yr no but from what i remember, it was just a bad a dissappointment as the MTX jackhammer...I don't know why but comeon.... IF someone is gonna go bigger, EVERYTHING must equally increase in size and performance.
May 27, 201114 yr the shop im with can cut up to 60 inches.fail sub though. same category of fail as the jackhammer and steve meade in my opinion.
May 27, 201114 yr I love how there is no wrms rating. FAILWho the hell would want to listen to this for extended periods of time?....shit, who would buy this for a non-spl application?
May 27, 201114 yr No.. the better question is who WOULD BUY IT FOR SPL?(UPCOMING QUESTION...is da best...)HAVE THEY EVER SOLD ONE?!?
May 27, 201114 yr realistically that sub is about equal to a boat anchor ..... I heard the Jackhammer a couple years ago and it had the musical ability of a trash can

May 27, 201114 yr You guys do realize that these types of subs are nothing more than marketing ploys. They didn't make the sub for SPL comps or to get loud. It's simply to attract attention. As for the Jackhammer, that's a totally different animal. It actually performs okay for what it is. If it was 1/4 of what it costs, you would see them quite often.

How many Pontiac guys bought Trans-Am's and Firebirds when they saw the Banshee?(If anybody remembers that...I'm a Pontiac-head lol)
May 27, 201114 yr good marketing ploy....LMAOCheck out our new sub..... it needs5 grand worth of amplification andcharging system upgrades to operatealong with a U Haul or Cargo Van tohold the enclosure......when all said and done you'll have a whopping 140 Db that sounds likecardboard boxes being crunched......
May 27, 201114 yr I think the biggest fail here is everyone bashing a sub no one knows anything about.
May 27, 201114 yr ^ That.... I have owned Cadence subs before and for street gear, the CVLW122's performed pretty well. I had about 400W going to each on a KX800.4 (old one) and for what it was, it sounded pretty good. I had no complaints. Then again.... different strokes for different folks.. The 34" doesn't appeal to me, because I would like to conserve SOME space if I can. I bet my one 12 could make that one look like an expensive over-compensator.... Oh wait... It already did . Either way, I think it was a big 'Hey look at me!', and not the most practical application that they could have ever come up with.
