Posted June 24, 201114 yr I have a SAZ3500D and going to wire it to a D2 SMD. Since there are 2 + (positive) outputs and two - (negitive) otuputs (4 holes where you connect the speaker wire to), can I run a wire from each +positive on amp to each +postive on speaker and same with the negitives. So I will have 4 seperate wires going to the woofer, 1 for each terminal. What will my Ohm load be?
June 24, 201114 yr Author That's usually how I run this sort of system, but since there are two pos. outs and two neg. outs, can I run it like this and have 4 seperate wires going to the woofer? Or will that be like running it as 2 channelhttp://a5.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/269812_1693873038922_1600682969_3018053_3257740_n.jpgIf not, do I run it like in the previous post picture and hook it up to the "left" side or the "right" side of the amp Edited June 24, 201114 yr by grandprixpunch

Basically you will be sending two 2ohm loads to the amp and the amp will drop them down to 1 ohm itself.
June 25, 201114 yr Author Thank you! It is ugly trying to get two ends of wire in one speaker terminal.
