I could have sworn that we had you taken care of because we just built you a new BL and sent you a new sub...I thought at least..as does Scott.

Please email me all of your information (Name, address, email address and phone number), we'll build up another one and send you a brand new one out.

We never heard anything back from you again so I just assumed everything was taken care of...

Definitely want to get this taken care of ASAP.

I can understand not wanting to be the aggervating type, but reminding and asking wouldn't of been a bad idea. I know these guys are busy as hell, and if they pass the info on to whoevers job it is then never hear anything else, they think its done.

I mean we all know shit happens, and can't really blame anybody. Hopefully this time around everything comes through. Just try to keep in touch until you resieve it and then tell them you got it, so there's no more confusion. I'm not saying blow up the forum everyday, but don't let another two months pass.

Fi resolved this over 22 days ago. There is absolutely no need for you to dig up old shit you are not even involved in.

Actually still waiting, I've emailed them again after sending my info and they still havnt replied.

I have been giving them time as each time they promise its being worked on, as you can see every time someone complains about build times they get crapped on and told to be patient. So i've tried being patient

People reading the thread have no way of knowing the issue has been resolved. If it had, it should have been posted. This is a public forum for information and he has every right to get involved in any thread he damn well pleases, just the same as you do, so next time be careful with the keyboard.

They replied the time I emailed them when he requested my information, so I don't think its going in their junk mail just think they're really busy

If its been a few weeks since the last email, shoot em another one. It should definitely be moved to priority and sent out asap. Unfortunately these mistakes happen on occasion, but ive always seen them take care of their customers to the fullest extent.

Even if they thought it was taken care for the 10 months when this thread was started it's now 23 days later. This should have been top priority, and obviously isn't. Busy is no excuse to keep a customer waiting damn near a year for something they paid for.

This has happend to me before through emails not being sent or received. I just posted on the forum to work things out and they did!
