I bought a used sundown z15 from him a week ago, and it came today. He shipped it the next business day, and stayed in touch everyday since. I don't think I had to wait more than an hour or two for a response to any questions I had via Text, Email, or here on SSA. It was packed well and arrived as expected. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again. I haven't used it or checked the coils yet but I will update when I do.
