hi, haven't gotten an email updating me for about 10 days. Wondering if I could get some sort of status on the progress? My order number is 2316. Thanks!

Yo I called at the 2 1/2 week mark and they said 3-5 more days I ordered on 9/22/11

Xcon's are fine, my bias would love it if you got an Xcon, but I spoke with Incriminator and they said all remaining B&B sale orders should go out by the end of this week.

Thanks, I hope I didnt mess up by being impatient and jumping on the DP. At that price, it was just hard to turn down. I will be buying a battery from you guys soon, thanks for all of your help.

Well, my DP is scheduled to be delivered today. Thanks so much Denim for having the patience with all of us that are anxious to get our stuff. With that said, we'll see how it goes. UPS is HORRIBLE and I am praying that my sub arrives here unharmed. I have had multiple bad experiences with them and to be quite honest, their company is a complete joke. I really wish SSA would consider using Fed Ex because SSA offers so much more than any other site I can think of. If my shipment is destroyed like I fully expect, I will provide pictures of the jerk off UPS driver... holding my destroyed driver, along with other pictures of UPS' foul ups that have arrived to my house. I will also provide other info on recent claims with them as well. Anyways, sorry for the rant, BUT I FACKING HATE UPS. All I keep thinking about is how that idiot rolled my XCON 18 over and over on the floor to get it out of his truck 3 months ago.

No worries, we knew that due to the strong response to the sale there was a chance things would take a little longer, but at 30% off, I think the few extra days is worth it. ;)

Shipping company depends on the product really. As our build house uses UPS, Sundown/SoundSplinter uses FedEx and it varies down the line. But due to stories like yours, we have had to jump our production costs to start doing the internal crating on the Xcon's like the Zcon's. I am really hoping that the weight increase on the Icon's is not going to cause us to have to do it for them too. It is a seemingly non-stop barrage at shrinking our already super slim margins.

I fully understand that and it really sucks for you guys having to change your packaging. But if people took pride in their work(UPS), then there would never be a problem. I've worked in the freight industry for 17 years, and I have personally seen the crap these clowns do. They are mainly a bunch of kids on the dock and they have zero respect for anything. They literally play basketball with boxes, drive their forklift up on top of shit, through shit, and just really don't give a F. If not that, then they are LAZY. They wont get that ass off their forklift to get a pallet, and put the freight on said pallet. Instead, they drive their forks into or under a package to move it down the dock( either way, it doesnt matter to them). I can only imagine the loops you guys have to jump through to get a claim paid off. I know all about that here recently. Thanks again Aaron, and I appreciate you guys' hard work.

My friend he worked at Fedex, he dropped a pallet of PS3's when they first came out, and basically destroyed the box, his supervisors never said anything.
