recone sa-15 to sa-8?

ok guys i blew a coil outta my sa-15 today i was wondering if its possible to recone it to a sa-8 dumb question but i was just wonding the cost and stuff. thanks :noob:=me):

I believe the SA-8 is a 2" coil, where the larger cones use 2.5" coil I believe; not 100% sure.

I could be wrong but I think you could only build a 10, 12 or 15 with that motor.

I also think this is true. Plus this is also the case on the Skar models.

Correct. The 8s have a different motor with 2" coil
