This is what I have right now

boxplan.png

Most of these number where pulled from another Tahoe build to give me a base.

Ok now I just messed around with the port length until I got the tuning I wanted (33-35). I don't really get how it is longer than the box?

This my first box design and is a temp. box for me to use about a month or so.

Sub will be powered by a Cresendo 2k at .5 or 2ohm depending on voltage gain All the way down, and I'm going to take it easy.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Post away!

I just made some tweaks from the first one.

I tried building it in Sketchup and somehow the sides where shorter then the bottom and all types of stuff happened.

I still think it is too big for one 18, but im having a hard time making it smaller and trying to keep the tuning I want.

I think its too small already. Most 18s like to be in the 6 to 8 cubic feet range.

not these. Z v.3 18's are meant to be in 4-6 cu ft enclosures

Yes sir, but I ordered a second 18 earlier today so....... This design doesn't matter I just hit up RAM.
