Is the Ascendant phone line public? There is no need to dispute it with paypal. Scott is a great guy and I'm sure if he knew about the problem he would have already commented.

Like said before he has a lot of irons in the fire for him to handle in a normal fashion due to unforeseen circumstances. This of course isn't your concern as a customer but I'm sure he isn't deliberately ignoring you.

Someone please call the Owner Of FI Car audio. All i want is this sub replaced. So i can order a 4th SP4, If the coils have not changed. If the coils have changed. Let me know so I can but some different subs From DC.

I have sent a lot of emails and get no responce.

Nope. Which leads me to believe this is one has a fault. A extremely rare one!

Email I got today. biggrin.png And I ordered my 4th woofer

I am terribly sorry for the coil. We are not sure what has happened or the problem is (outside of the coil reading way too high) We only have D1.4 (our D2 ) and D.7 (our D1) coils. So I am not sure if something slipped into our coil boxes at our vendor or what. In checking the DCR of the open boxes of these coils they all read correctly.

If I don't hear anything on Monday, Tuesday I am calling Paypal and the credit card. I am over this shit. jess2.gif

They have gone out and as far as emails go since I have been back in Vegas I do emails within minutes of them coming in now(m-f 9am-5pm) as Im on light duty right now because of my amputation. So all I do all day is tech support, emails, and sales and support for our AA dealers.
