There was a sweet jazz band playing in Copenhagen on the Nyhavn canal when I was there. Instead of classic jazz tunes they were playing Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, but with complete jazz comped chords. Absolutely awesome. Had me humming Billy Jean for a couple days.

There is a little piece of Copenhagen in every hillbillies lower lip.

Hit the gym yesterday for the first time since my arthritis kicked in. It has robbed me of almost half my upper body strength, and almost all my stamina.

Sucks.

At least I can just re-use previous goals right?

My legs still hurt after Monday. I can barely go down stairs (well, I can probably tumble down with grace) and sit down. 

Going to the pool tomorrow for some swimming. Jumping head first by getting 10 passes, time to re-learn how to swim and to learn how to tread water.
