Think I might have pushed the shoulder a little hard today on flat bench. I don't like taking advil, but I just did.

not good. get that healed up. last time I hurt mine doing flat bench I was close to a year before I stopped having pain and numbness. need to take care of it before it gets too bad.
I have been nursing a small tear in my cuff since August. Slowly getting my bench back, but after a heavy day pushing it, well it gets a little sore.

I had surgery for a AC4 a while back like 5 years ago I did numerous push-ups through out the day I went from 10 - 600+ a day... reps of 10 and finally got were I could do reps of 50..they had to cut my collar bone and put in artificial tendons and all kinds of shit...It sucked

The reason I stopped benching heavy and just started adding it back with moderate weight.

After my injury my whole arm shoulder down was numb like when you sleep on it and it falls asleep down to the finger tips except my thumb it was the weirdest shit..I guess it was nerve damage, after my surgery it was still numb I thought I was screwed! within a few weeks I regained the feeling in it..It still feels weird when I pinch around the area where they opened me up..

yummy

Ever wished you was the ass of a pair of spandex pants?

I've had hen I slept wrong, waking up in the morning with a numb left arm, pain radiating from my left pec up through my shoulder and neck, with nausea every time I turned my head. all from the nerve in my shoulder getting pinched... everyone thought I was having a heart attack...

After I got hurt I am very limited on what I will chance..My little buddy that was probably 130 pounds got me starting working again out with him.."A nerd that is DHS Internet's police on cyber crime"..Last time I seen him he was about 200 lbs solid!! That has been about a year ago and now I don't do shit sad.png

First time in the hot tub tonight! Awesome and relaxing, but I am sweating now. I almost want to roll in the snow!

Na I would never do it for real. ;)

Has anybody hear from Seth? Kinda worried as he has not popped in lately.

Mine is a herniated disc in my lower back. Sitting all day for a living compresses it. Don't feel like surgery. Trip to the chiropractor and a workout on the elliptical, for the low impact helped.

And sitting in the hot tub asked night too of course. Is where I'm heading now! :)

I can't get enough of the Randy Rhodes tribute album!! Jammed it all day and everybody I worked on loved it. I would wear that motherfucker out if it was on cassette. :D

:)

My review was much better than expected. I got knocked on the things I knew I would.

I had even addressed it with the boss before I knew I was getting a review and had a plan in place to pick of the pace.

Cool quarterly.

Thankfully I excelled past my peers in the toughest categories and they have even reached out to him to find out how I am getting my team engaged so quickly and effectively.
