I've personally used this Sony Microphone and its excellent, its pretty great all around and if you do want to use it in a loud location it does not get overwhelmed very easily. I actually used it to record car audio videos, it withstands 160+ dB no problem but is sensitive enough to pick up everything clearly in a quiet location.
May 10, 20178 yr Sean if i accidentally reported you, my bad. I dropped my phone and it said something about submitting a flag or report or something. Time for bed I guess.

May 11, 20178 yr dumb question dudes... Icon d2 on 1000 w rms, can I use some 16 gauge speaker wire for connecting the coils in parallel (12 gauge runs from amp to sub). Or should I get something thicker?
May 12, 20178 yr Putting a radio in the wife's car. Battery is past due to die I determine so I run to the parts store 7 minutes till closing to get a battery. 4yr old cheapo walmart battery, not going back in the car. Of course I get back, go to install it and the fricking threads won't allow more than a 1 thread of engagement on the factory bolt so it strips the negative bolt. Finally find a 3/8" something around to bastardize into a stud for the battery to get that working. Then I went round and around chasing a problem that ended up being fixed by unplugging something and plugging it back in. Determined when I swapped out with another unit and it worked, then back to the one that 'didn't' work and lo-and-behold it worked again.
May 12, 20178 yr Never walled a vehicle, don't think I ever would if I didn't have intention on sending it to the junkyard when I was finished.
