cant get the pac and joycon to communicate correctly.. ugh

pretty sure the red cursor thing shouldn't go right.. is the pac not resistive..

i think i see the problem. This doesn't look like bus to me. I just see the ACC in and the data out. Which kind of explains why i was measuring around 12v on data at the stereo harness. 

 

I guess i need to track down that ACC under the dash? fuck

It is just two wires though isn't it. Should be tons of places to find it including the OBD port.

And the more easy location...your old headunit. If the CAN controlled it then it is connected there.

maybe i'm over thinking it.
