Yeah same here, updated the router and it fixed the problem. We have been happy with AT&T here locally. Its 105/month for 300 channels plus 18/mbps download speed which is plenty for us streaming and working from home.

How is it only Wednesday?

DirecTV was great for me in AZ. Leaving them has been a real pain. They keep trying to say I am still a client.

Have DSL through century link. Runs around 60mbps. Should be around double that but they say the phone line in the house won't support it. If I wanted faster I would replace the line, but it's good enough for the girls I live with, so I ain't sweating it.

Couldn't tell you about the IP changing though.

BOOM like SO. I was lucky enough to get a bad Honeywell product!

This one is working and programming was a snap! I am sure there will be some fine tuning over time.

I can pull a new line to the outside of the house in about 3 minutes. Have a stuff tube going exactly where it needs to go.

Here at my house the limit is 12 though. 60 is rippin.

I'll go over to HQ and bust some heads for you.

The only reason I am skeptical is that it coincides pretty much exactly at post dinner time.  My neighborhood is filled with high school students.  Figure it is game time on that is slowing it down.

Gaming actually uses very little bandwidth. I would bet it uses as much or less than surfing facebook.

No need the tech I talked to was pretty awesome. He even told me that some are bad out of the box.

That's all I used at Sears and never had an issue in 5 years.

If they're made at the plant here though, I understand why it didn't work.

Some of the multi units have issues I was told and I was lucky enough to buy one.
