A lot of bad decisions being made by people who have never done the job and have no clue about how to do it. really getting burnt out lately. most days really only show up to support my coworkers and that's it. Starting a couple weeks off tomorrow and really looking forward to it.

I've been >250 since I was about 14 so imaging that weight pushing that much is crazy. I struggle with dumbell seated, and only overhead or military pressed until recently. What kind of form do you have for your pressing? Arnold or no rotation at all etc..?
