Any recommendations on trailer brake controllers? Was going to pick up the ford oem one, but its relatively unavailable and expensive.

I have a Primus one that’s always functioned well.

I've not had luck with the Rain-X branded ones.  Rural King has them for the same price as normal wipers though, so I just toss them at the end of winter.

Without considering price. I’ve had good luck with the regular rain X. They very slowly fade away, opposed to cheaper ones that just fail. I’m still running a pair I’ve had on over a year now. The ones I’m replacing are on wifey’s Jeep, which gets a lot more early in the morning commute.

that said I was trying to get a Triton brand, but dude couldn’t find the size I needed. So went with the rain X silicones. Cause for $40 each, that motherfucker should come with a dick washer.

We have a Beaver liquors here. They come out with some pretty cheeky ads.

The way you said for the family Sean. I was guessing a bombardier/snow cat.

Nice boat brotha!

My boys LOVED fishing in the canoes this summer and asked if we could do more family trips like that.  I love that shit, but they are way more work than ones that allow us to fish, ski, camp, and carry everything easy :)

Sounds like more shut downs coming out way, possible I could be able to work from home.

All kid shit got shut down here.  They also limited social areas for 18-30 year olds as they are driving our covid growth.  That an the ultra isolated and conservative country folk...but there is no way to alter that.

And somehow I am still getting my job done.  Makes you think

It's by design IMO.

We created a management class and just empowered them to no longer need to come in to manage over the "essentials".

I smell someone calling for the proletariat to raise up over this.

Hey Sean, here's my 9 year old with one he reeled in this past summer.

So my career is done?

I think the management class who have lots of education are pretty safe.

If I can be vague, I believe that the amount of money it takes to have the full complement of American freedoms is about to increase dramatically.

Lost 3 family friends to Covid.  Last one today.  :(

Thats intense. I'm sorry to hear that Sean. I've been so lucky that I don't know anyone directly.

I know someone who is working in senior living homes with active exposures and they have less mortality than last year despite everyone being positive.

Then in Detroit another friend has has 2 younger coworkers lose their fight.

Nothing makes sense. Just tell your family love them a bit more often.

Sorry to hear of your loss Sean.

We've been lucky locally with very low numbers.  Hoping it stays that way.

We have 3 boys. Ages 4, 9, 12.

Boat can get really busy.  Generally try to take them out one at a time if I can, so there aren't arguments.

Lucky for us, my in-laws camp same place as us, so Nana can babysit...

Here's the youngest, oldest, and the wife all enjoying some good fishing.

I've been fortunate that my family members and close friends who have gotten this have been able to recover. However where I work we have not been so fortunate.

My condolences to you and the families. This has been a brutal thing.

Bothers the shit out of me that I still cannot stand the feel for fish whatsoever. Then again I don't eat em either.

My wife and 12 year old won't touch them either.  Which I find hilarious, since she grew up fishing with her dad, and our 12 year old used to handle the fish up to last year...

We definitely eat more fish in the summer when we're catching it and cooking it fresh.
