I've been phoning everyday since Monday (except Tuesday) and attempting to start a chat regarding my order. Left 2 or 3 messages and still have not gotten a hold of anyone. I have a question regarding my order and no one has been able to help me in almost four days now.

 

I've read tons of positive reviews regarding SSA, hell I even joined the forums now. My confidence is still here but I'm closer to the edge everyday!

I should mention I got in touch with Aaron over email and he took care of me within 5 minutes of my original email. Chat isn't working for me and I guess the phones are really busy and maybe it has something to do with me calling from Canada.

 

Regardless my issues were resolved extremely quickly. 10/10 on service will be ordering everything possible from SSA.
