Posted March 9, 20169 yr Quick question. If I have two subs at 1 ohm each and they were wired into a mono amp with 4 connectors, would the impendance come to 1 ohms since they were technically in parallel?
March 9, 20169 yr Author The amp is mono, paralleled internally, it's the 2400 Incriminator sold from the ssa store.
March 9, 20169 yr if each sub is 1 ohm, and the amp parallels internally, then you would have a .5 ohm load. To get 1 ohm at the amp, you need 2 ohms on either side in this case.

If each sub Is wired In Series then each sub will be wired at 2 at the amp In Parallel to make It 1 ohm
