port is 8" with a 3" flare. the bottom peice is going to be the back of my box.I still need to do some rounding and bondo but you see the picture's

Looks like a good project, lots of sanding though. I don't have the patience for that.......lol

well i made a jig that I can scrap around the top and make my flare.hopfully with very little sanding

well i finished my box today and did a test and did 151.8 and shredded one woofer.
