Maybe shizzon can chime in and help, i ordered a usb meter 8/8/12 3ish east coast time payed for 3 day shipping , got email that it was in prossesing that same day, next day 8/9/12 check for tracking # and nothing so i wait and checked later that evening and nothing sent an email asking bout my order ( ww-97) and got an email stating that they check their email 7 days a week. Checked today 8/10/12 and no response so i decited to call and got no answer. We are currently out of stock on carrying cases because we are in the process of switching over to another case that should remain permanent and more user friendly. Our past cases, I personally feel, were too small for some of our larger product equipment such as LCD Meter, USB Pro Meter and unsafe for transport for RTA Pro and SQL Meter. We are about to start stocking our new cases within the next couple weeks that will prohibit the strain of running out of internal space! Just finished reading through all of the threads above, and sounds like a great product that I will be investing in for sure, but a couple questions or concerns that I'm sure I am not and won't be the only person to ask: 1) How do these meters compare to say a Termlab meter? Accuracy, durability, what modes does the software offer? 2) Is there any competition format currently using SPL-Lab meters or is there anyone that may be switching over to them? I personally would to like to know if you can use it to say practice bassrace, bass boxing, etc..maybe a video going through the software and everything it offers would eliminate some of the questions?
