Ok so since i've been working out i really need to start focusing on my diet. I need to know what my diet should be composed of. I'm supplementing with n-large2 (4scoops in the morning and 4 scoops after workout) and no-xplod before work-out. I might be doing too much of the n-large2 but we will see (that ends up being 1200 extra calories a day). So on top of that i really need some good dinner ideas and snack ideas. I'm really lost here. Should i just be doing deli sandwiches throughout the day? The only time i'll have to cook is for dinner, everything else is going to have to be something easy or something from a restaurant. also i'm guessing i should keep fat…

Alright, ill try to say everything that is happening. One thing is that every once in a while my temp gauge goes all the way up and makes my car say to check engine temp then if I speed up or slow down or sometimes do nothing it just goes right back to normal. It happens almost everyday. Also almost everytime I turn the car on all the lights on the dash stay on like the brake light and check engine and stuff but if I turn the car off and back on its fine and dash is like normal. Another thing is that when I turn the heat on it takes longer than it used to to heat up . Then it will get cold and back hot randomly I don't know if any of this is related. Just trying to figur…

well last night some guy who need it money bad decided to break my driver side window and take my stereo "it cost me 60 bucks" oh well. so im taking everything else out. which i dont get why some not very smart guy takes a stereo where behind the darn seat there is a huge amp and well the subs there is no way he can get them out and he didnt care about them since there is no holes in them lol. so im rebuilding sometime soon .

Ive met a lot of smart people on this forum that despite their intelligence, they are pretty fuckin stupid. Ive also met a lot of not so smart people on this forum that are flat out retarded. Aight my canadian breatheren. Seems as though I get to spend couple of weeks at a certain facility in Valcourt Quebec. I'll be heading up there the last two weeks in February. my mom bought a puppy for me.. and when she called to tell me i was like NO NO NO!... but when she showed up i was like aww yes,. yes ,. yes.... so i got a 7 week old puppy... now 9 weeks today... its a bulldog and bullmastiff mix..... i have been able to teach her things pretty fast.. at the age of 8 weeks she learned to sit, and lay, she knows she must sit calmly before i will put food in the bowl.. at 9 weeks she has learned how to play tug of war, fetch, and i have leash broke her... she is giving me alot of trouble on potty training tho.. i have training pads down.. and the first week she was using them well.. but now she will only pee on them.. and once …

does anyone else here have or had issues with simply being able to fall asleep at a reasonable time? A typical night i stay up til 4 to 6am, simply because i just dont get tired. Most people normally say "well just lay there with your eyes shut", but ive always just never been able to fall asleep unless im actually tired. The only way i can ever fall asleep before 2am is if i run off 5 hours of sleep all day, which sucks ass to do. I feel like i can never get the right amount of sleep to be tired at the end of the day; its always either lack of sleep, barely getting through the whole day so I can fall asleep at the right time to wake up for school, or oversleeping and…
