Ok this summer I'll have access to the school rec wed-fri evenings (during the school year, anytime) and I'm looking to get in better shape. I'm currently 5'9" ~140lbs. I have not lifted before, but I have grown up working on a farm so my lack of size isn't exactly from not doing anything. I shoot Olympic (International) style competition pistol and I want to get into better shape for that. My goal this year is for NCAA Collegiate All-American status and possibly a spot on the USA National Team depending on how the year goes. Ok there is this song I have heard a few times in people's demo vids on youtube and stuff.. and I can't find it now that im looking for it, just wondered if anyone would randomly know it lol.. Its some song that starts off sounding like.. cartoony or like a tv show or something childish idk i cant remember and then after a few seconds of that weird/silly intro it cuts into a like rap song or bass song kinda thing and sounds awesome.. I just thought it was awesome when i heard it and i like laughed out loud cuz at first I thought a guy was going to demo his system on a like funny weird song and then it randomly cut to a sweet rap song and beat, But i cannot find it anywher…

I don't know which advertising firm you've contracted, or which focus groups you've been listening to, but no one with a shred of sense or dignity wants to shop in a store blaring bass heavy music of questionable quality at nauseatingly loud volumes. Furthermore, I should not be able to walk past your store and be blanketed in a thick miasma of cologne/perfume/fragrance (also of questionable quality). In conclusion: light, instrumental jazz at barely audible levels and leave the smelly stuff at the perfume counters. Please cease and desist with these shenanigans immediately. Thank You

well as some of you know im starting over in some ways.. i got a lincoln navi and well i have a cheap walmart pioneer, and 0 damnping.. Anybody have experience with them, if so, how long do they take to ship after payment? I realize they are made to order which will affect the length of time... I paid on Thursday, the payment cleared immediately, but it still says "processing..." I ordered a new 250amp High Output unit for my car (The stock one took a dump, causing multiple sensors to burn out in the process). It's this one here. Thanks guys

This new addition to my bar, pretty much completes it. I ordered a 27" LCD HDTV from Newegg for 450 last week. Today I got it mounted. I made an MDF corner shelf and anchored it into studs. Then I trimmed it in bamboo to match the motif. Just raw MDF shelf. After Bamboo trim. My saturday bar hat. Just in time for most of the football season.

So my dad and I are out in the backyard digging the trench to run the conduit/wire to my garage for the 60a feeder. While digging I hear a loud metallic "crunch" sound from my neighbor's home, so we look over and see someone trying to back out of the garage with another car that seems to be stuck to it. He pulls it back into the garage to reveal the fail. We couldn't stop laughing and I had to grab some pictures. I think this is the funniest thing I've seen in a while lol.

Anyone ever been here? There is a coal mine fire burning underneath the old town. They closed of a section of road and here is a cool pic of it. Yes, that is smoke coming from the road.
