i was wondering how much TRUE rms can the hd's take?

Hi I'm relatively new too the car audio world and I have been patrolling this forum for some time now trying too gain more knowledge. Basically I'm stuck trying too decide on what subwoofer I'm going too choose based off space in my car. It's A 2008 Scion Xb I Wanna Keep The Rear Seats Dimensions Are 38x38x16 Im Not Bias On Any Brands And Open Too Any Sizes Just Wanna Get As Loud As Possible And As Low As Possible. I Already Have Mechman Alt Installed 0 Gauge Ran Big 3 Done And Yellow Top Under The Hood And A Hifonics BRZ2400. Budget Is About $1,000 For Subs. Thanks For The Help

I was wondering what would sound louder?. One Fi bl 15 tuned to 32 hz in a 3.1 cu box firing upwards in the back of a trunk. Or 2 SA 10's in walled off trunk? And if i was to go with the 2 10's, would it be better to seal off the trunk and have the subs firing towards the front of the car, or would it be louder to wall off the trunk having a port and the subs facing the front of the car?

welp today i am shopping for a secondary batteryfor the Celica build i am doing, and wanted to go with a HC1200 but stumbled upon powermaster d1200. Are these compareable? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Power...spagenameZWD1V would like to pick up the powermaster over the Kinetik if this is the case any help would be appreciated as im not familiar with the powermaster lineup and have always just purchased kinetik. It4s time to try something new though and if this should work comparatively then id love to give it a whirl just looking for a delieable secondary unit for the rear of the vehicle off a sundown 1500d and 100.4

My buddy has a Ford Explorer Sporttrac. You know the pickup, with quad cab. What can I put in it for a system? I was thinking a single Soundsplinter RL i8 single 4 and a sundown 1000. Sub and port fire forward at feet of rear passengers. Any other suggestions?

Hey guys, I've decided to run with the Zv4 on my Sundown SAZ-2000D, can't wait to see the lows this thing hits! Anyways I have my box design, thanks to Joe X! It was originally planned for an X12 but I think it might work for my Zv4. I'll be pushing the full potential of the SAZ-2000D to this sub @ 1 ohm. I have a 270A Mechman alternator coming soon! Hey guys i know i may sound like a straight noob i apologize before hand but this is really driving me crazy!! I have gone step by step one for one and have isolated that the radio is the cause of the issue or the alternator, i have tried running new rca's from the head unit, ive tried pulling the eq out of the equation but still the same noise. I have tried different radios: older alpine 9887 or something like that, a walmart pioneer deck, and just today an alpine cde-123 and still the same thing!! I have decided that I am open to trying a 6th order blowthrough for my XCON and will pay someone to design something for it. I currently am doing a ported box with a small adaptor over the front to channel it in through the ski-port but have been reccomended to just try a 6th or 4th order, I love the sound of 4th orders but the XCON is not so suited for that so a 6th order would be the go here. I am after a response resonably flat between 28hz and 50hz or so and the port has to exit pretty much central to the width of the box.
