ok im sure this info is somewhere but i cant seem to find it.....i have a dual 2 ohm Btl 15 and want to get 2 1500's to strap....are they 1 ohm stable when strapped or only 2

The amps are on the final truck to us and are in Charlotte this morning. Assuming nobody drops the ball big time we should have them today. Being that they must ALL be tested I am not sure how many if any will ship out today but I'll have tons of pictures at least when they come in and we start testing =) These are ALL sold already -- just an update for those that ordered them.

Anyone have an extra remote knob laying around that they could spare? I am in the final stages of putting together my system for my Mini and got a great deal on a 100d but it was missing the knob. Any help would be appreciated. David

my sub is wired to one ohm. How do I wire my pos and neg speaker wires to the amp? Can I go from the positive terminal on one side to the net on the other?

I live in ct. and am willing to help others set up thier amps and head units with my o-scope. it makes a difference knowing exactaly when you have distortion or clipping. if i can save even 1 good sub from death it will be worth it. i dont have alot of time on my hands but will help when i can.

Jacob, how did you decide to make the 100.2 and 1500D in the same manual? The only pages they have in common are the Warranty and Troubleshooting.

Ok so I am helping my friend build a system for his truck and we are planing on doing one of those under seat enclosures. I wanted to know if just one or two 4" aero ports will be enough to let the sa-8 breath. I think two would work great but my friend wants me to get a second opinion.

I think this will be my last try to get some information. So you folks are my last hope to help or point me in a different direction. Here is my question. If I want to build a box of X cubic feet and there is not enough space where I want to build, can I build another box and have the two boxes attached by pipe or tube or sealed passage way etc.. Example: I would like to build a box in the right rear most corner of my trunk but there is only 1.5 cubic feet of space available if I build the box, and my sub needs 3 cubic feet. But if I built a mirror replica of the enclosure and installed it on the left rear most corner of my trunk and connected them by... I don't know, let…

Just wanted to say thanks to Jacob and everyone at Sundown for getting me my first 2 saz1500's so fast, as soon as I sell my laptop, i'll be ordering the other 2....should sound awesome on 8 x 15in SSDs in a ported clamshell!!! Jacob, Are your amps rated with a reactive (nominal) load or resistive? In other words, are they made knowing a reactive load will be placed on them in normal use? This is brought up due to the number of "impedance rise" and "I can wire the 3000D to .5 ohm nominal because it will actually be above 1 once the sub is wired to it due to the rise" questions and comments. *I am not trying to single your amplifiers out, I just wanted to know in general and since you're on the forum I figured I'd ask you.

Well I was cruising ebay and found a 1500 and of course bought it without thinking twice! It is refurbished but still has the original warranty and with all the talk about how wonderful sundown is with customer service I would be a fool to pass this deal up! Pics will be coming! I have an 02 2 door blazer and I am still debating on what to run either one 15"Q, 18" Q ported or 2 12" Qs sealed.... My electrical should handle it just fine I have a redtop under the hood with 0 gauge going to a second yellowtop in the back.

So, I reinstalled all my equipment last night in my vehicle (4SA8's on a SAZ-1500D) and starting hearing this really odd tingy vibration. I immediately freaked out and thought that I blew a sub or subs. I localized it to one sub in particular and noticed that when I pushed down slightly on the dustcap that it went away. I've never had anything like this happen before and was clueless. After a sleepless night of worry and kicking myself in the ass repeatedly, I sent Jacob an email this morning around 9. I was walked through several things to look for and after a few emails, he told me to do the loctite tutorial. I've just got done doing it, letting it cure, and everything …

Looking for box size for 2 18 zv3 I want 4.5 net each but what size aero ports? And how many?

Any updates yet? Can't decide to wait for a 10 or just get a 12. If the price diff is minimal, I'll probably end up getting a 12.

I checked all wires, rca's, all speakers work on all 3 other channels but channel 4 just has his sound in it. Changed rca's, same thing, how much to send in and get it fixed? thanks
