I Just Ordered A 100.2 Amp From Db-R I Know it says there is a 7-10 day lead, but how long would it normally take to get an amp to Houston Texas ?

just wondering if 1 nightshade 12 and saz1500 in my waggon would worth a shot. im getting my a$$ beat in meca as2 i know i have a big space to fill but i love to do crazy things. i love the thiught of single subs. one more thing does anyone have a used saz1500

I was surfin youtube on friday, and i ran across a video of someones red explorer. I thought it said (12) Sundown 8's so i click, expecting a goofy looking setup with a bunch of small woofers, and holy shit, its twelve nightshade 18's in an Explorer, with (6) SAZ-3000d's. Can anyone tell me anything about this setup? I was blown away when i saw it. I was just like, DAMN! Anyone know anything?

I have a guy going to be building a sound quality system with alot of equipment he has had for years (he has more equipment then alot of shops---his last count 2.5 years ago was 68 amps, 45 subs, 42 sets of components, 27 coax sets, 84 decks, 7 different eqs, 8 diff crossovers, and more) he has added to this rapidly since. he also has a wall doing 159.4 peak outlaw, blow thru 154.3 outlaw, trunk doing 151.8, and trunk doing 147.6. these are all daily systems too! the guy is a little crazy! now he wants to do a sq system and has everything (dont no exact equipment but using 2 31 band crossfire eqs and 2 crossfire 4 way crossover-old school and audio control center channel …

I received my 50.4 today and it is beautiful as always. So now my new build will consist of... 1200D for my Subs. 100.4 bridged for my Mid-Bass. 50.4 bridged for my Mid-Range. 100.2 for my Tweets. Front stage is a HAT L-631 running active via Alpine H701. You think I have enough headroom?

yesterday i was making a point............. i pulled out the old 2x15" box and barrowed my old T4 15" subs from my teammate first run 152.1db second run 153.1db third run 153.4db on 12v with the Missing link Audio device kicking it up too 15.2v was hoping Rexzilla would show up and see the Smerk on my face !!! he doe's 152db with a wall & 6 subs he made the comment that he had beat me !!! i think not if the best he can do is a 152db with 6 subs, he needs to go back to Usuck and play big shot there !!! wait till i get a second Sundown 3000d Tax return bebe edit : oh snapp i forgot to mention that i picked up 6- 8v batterys yesterday 16v here i come

what kind of warranty you give for the amps?

I am just wondering, coming from an Sq person to spl, I still tend to choose amps for clean power and heaps of headroom, size is never really an issue (as in footprint) as I will make it fit. I rarely even look at features as well. (mostly because I am running active, all I really need is a gain.

I'd figure i would post it instead of calling or emailing you jake anyways here is the question lets say i got two 3000D's and 2 15" subs dual 2ohm What would is the difference (if any) between a. 2 3000D's strapped to the subs (take the subs wire them to 1ohms and put the amps strapped) b. 2 3000D's one on each sub @ 1ohm each (take the subs wire them to 1 ohm and put an amp on each) I get this question quite often I would think that the strapped pair would have the advantage of equal gain control.. but is there a power advantage over another as well as an efficiency advantage

Im looking at buying an 18" nightshade, it is brand new, re-coned from Sundown. but the seller doesnt recall whether it has the upgrades done to it, or if its an original stock model. is there any way to physically tell the difference? this will be running of a sundown 3000, so i would like to have the upgrades that can handle the power better. thanks, Cody

ok a freind of mine came down and i ran some 8 gauge to his z1 to my car. my car with 1 nsb-90 and 4 runs 0 gauge did a 150.7 @ 1ohm on the TL my car hooked to the z1 with high output alt a nsb-90 and kinetik 2400 2 feet from the z1 did a 150.2 @ 1ohm we did get 1 test @ .4 ohm and it did a 152.2 but did'nt have enough time to mess around because we needed to recone his xxx's but i will be adding a very large battery to my system to see if i can't get my amp's to do .4 ohm for a show on saturday and i will post number's later this week

Im getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee ths friday. then gotta save up for sound system. im trying to get 2 18" NS v.2.. But idk if i need dual 1 or 2ohm. this will be for daily use(only listen to rap) and the occasional comp(maybe). 2 saz2500? 1 saz4500? i really dont know which would be best. This is my first post in this wonderful forum so please pardon my ignorance. I just got two saz 2500d's and wow what an awesome piece of design. I wanna run these two amps strapped together and Ive seen the diagram for how to hook them up. My only trouble is does one have to gain match the amps? I know that the one amp is the slave to the other and uses the settings from the master amp but no where it says about the gain. Thanks in advance and all b happy to post the outcome of these two bad boys strapped together.
