Sundown Audio

I've tried emailing support like 5 days ago.... Haven't heard anything back. Called a few times, always a busy signal. All I need is a replacement dustcap for my sub.

Will this work? Power will be a Shark Audio 2500.1 (APSM-2000 clone). TIA!

Just got done unloading the trucks... the 15s and 18s are here in stock for the first time. We have additional 12D2 models for any over-flow overs as well. Any 10s either coil or 12D1 we'll still have to build until the next shipment. Also some X-18 in D2 and D4 were on the truck as well as re-stocking quantities of SA-10/12/15 and SD-2 10/12 woofers.

Is the amp available in the store? It's perfect for my application but it has no image and the description saying that it's essentially in a prototype stage.

Curious if anyone on SSA has purchased the X series subs?

I want to know a single SA-8 V1.5 T Line enclosure design for a sedan. The sub will be daily played and I have 650rms on it.

Does anybody know how to replace the led inside of the bass remote for the sundown saz 1500 v1? Also what kind of light it is so i can buy the correct replacement? Also why would my knob make my bass the same loudness at halfway and all the way up?

Will 2 15" SA 15s have enough room as of specs in a ported box that is approximately 36" long, 18" deep and 24" tall? Just wondering because I would like to put two 15s in the cab of my 98 s10 extended cab.

We unloaded these last week -- they are fully in stock in D2 and D4 coils at the same price as always. Rating is now 500-watts RMS due to the longer coil and modifications to the soft parts. They feature a longer coil, bigger surround, deeper motor structure, and a few other minor modifications. The E-15 v.2 will be coming at some point in October to November.

Anyone know where to find mounting depth and cut out for these subs? I'm wanting to install single x-12 in trunk of 09 mustang. I'm sure there are plenty of others looking for this as well.

I got a pair of these and have a question about a box. I really want a ported box, but don't have the room. They are going in a 350Z and i still need trunk space. what do you think about a sealed box? What size would be ideal? Our phone system is DOWN today completely while AT&T moves our number to the new facility. We've been forwarding it via the internet back to our Talkswitch box in Troutman up until now; but we are getting the whole deal officially moved today. Been working on this guy for a while now... what I hope to be final prototypes just arrived a few days back. Based on our testing I am going with a 750 RMS rating on these. Hi all, I have a JBL GTO 1201.1 ii amplifier, I used to own two RE Audio SEX 12" subwoofers but the cheap tinsel leads snapped; I had heard nothing but great things about sundown so I opted for the X-15! I wanted to know if anyone has used the JBL GTO 1201.1 before, and if you think it would sufficiently power the X15. I know the X15 asks for 1200w rms, the JBL only pushes ~1100w rms if I recall correctly. Is this a problem? Another question, I had the two RE's in an L-Port 4.0cu @ 32hz- given the power of my amplifier do you think the single X15 in the correct enclosure will be just as loud? Thanks in advance!
