lil build i did this weekend, 3 sa-12s on a saz [email protected], 6cf@30hz kerfed port sealed w glass. lots of sanding left and a outside glassing needed but sounds great

Due to all the negative comments that were way out of line imo on the announcement of the new SAZ-2500D. I think Jake you should post a sticky stating that all Sundown Products and specifications are subject to change due to continuing upgrades, modifications and improvements! This would help clarify to all that Sundown continues to develop and improve new models and older models will be phased out.

Hey, I tried to PM Sundownz but it would not work. Anyway, I currently have a Sundown 1000D amp and one day the blue LED decided to stop working. I don't know what caused this but I was wondering can it easily be fixed or can I get a new one shipped or what. It is not a huge deal but because of where I put it, it served as a floor light for me. Thanks, Alex

Hello Guys..I want to be convinced that I need to Purchase one or your Saz-1500d amps...I currently am running the Us amps Xt4000d and my Fi BL 15" Seems like It still needs more Power...It is fully loaded in a 4cuft@30Hz enclosure. My current amp just doesn't put out what I think the Fi speaker can handle...I really like your Amplifiers and would like to be one of the team...Could one of you who acutally own or make the amp give me some input about how it performs at 1 ohm....I really want one so my Us Amps amp went on sale today...Thanks guys..

Went to AudioThunder in Niagra Falls new york with some small changes to the vehicle. Terrible drive up due to conditions outside but well worth it! Eclipse is doing 154's a lot more often now that I strengthened somethings in the rear hatch and removed the spoiler that was leaking some air. 2nd in the preliminary (saturday) 1st place in the finals for bass race (sunday) Should get a 55+ out of it charged. Ok, so I did an install for a friend in his 2009 Honda civic with a Sundown NS V.2 prototype and a sundown SAE-1200D and we have encountered sort of a serious problem. It seems as if there is some sort of a current draw coming from the amp when it is turned off because if he leaves his car off for more than 24 hours the battery is so drained that it can not start the car... The amp is definitely the problem because whenever I take the fuses out of the amp the car works perfect and there is no current draw. The amp also is completely off whenever the car is off (I checked) and is connected to the ACC fuse for the remote turn on since the car has a stock stereo system. I am…

hello guys i have a question that i want to here your input on..... i have a 100.2 that i just recently got from jake.... last night i added a grill to my sub box, thats it. i then played some late night tip to check for clearance. at this time my mid basses were playing. my 100.2 running off low section on my 3 way on my 880 prs. the sub amp then daisy chains to the 100.2's outputs. Today i get in my car and noticed as i turned my car on and put my book bags in the back trunk, that the 100.2 wasn't turning on, it just constantly stayed in protect while my other 3 amps played including the sub amp using the 100.2's signal outs. i got home today and tried to see if maybe i…

Specs are per 8 subs 1/2 of the box, I used bb6 to calculate a box prism w/ a truncated edge, and basically doubled it and put both sides on top one another. Fb is actually the f3 on the picture, and the calculated fb for three 34" long 2"x10.58" ports @ 2.392 cubes is 45.26, but I did not take into account the flared aspect of the alligator mouth style of this box, but added it's length to the port length...so it kinda is a mystery.

I want to put a 3000 per pair..... But i'm not sure how they will handle the 1500 rms each. Any better ideas?

I am thinking of dropping my two 8W7's for one IDQ12. If it's a 2ohm sub, can I use one of my 125.2 to power it? How would it hold up (and how much power) bridged at 2 ohm?

well guys i had all these plans for my mazda.. i finally figured the car out as far as getting it loud. and today i had a wreck. it had soo much force it broke the screws out of the metal holding the box down and shoved it through the trunk opening.
