Hello, I read everywhere people talking about birthsheets they had with their amplifier. I have had several brand new amps in my car audio life(!), but I've never received any birthsheets with them. And it was the case with my recently bought saz1000D. It's really not a problem, but I would like to understand! do you always receive your amps with those birthsheets?

I have an SAX50.4 bridged to a dual 4ohm sub. Tuesday at the end of my 3 hour commute the amp shut off. I thought I fried the speaker but 10 min after the amp shut off, it worked again. I had already stopped when I turned the stereo on again and the amp was hot to the touch. This is the same thing that happened with another small amp that I had but it was 2 channel bridged. Except it shut off after about 30-45 min. I have an SAX125.2 running two 6x9s right next to the 50.4 and it hasnt ever shut off since Ive had it. Doesnt get hot either. So UPS came today, but I was at school and of coarse my mom didn't answer the door to sign for it but my friend got it straigtened out and got it redelivered. I have to say that it is extremely heavy lol. The good news is I am very satisfied with it, it hits the lows as well as my 15" BL did. just curious as to what everyone else is tuning at for daily. right now i have a single 15 Nightshade at 32 hz, but i heard that 35hz was better? im looking more ground pounder style then ###'s on a meter. so what is everyone running and tuning wise?

hey whats up i have 4 dual 4 ohm subs and want to run 1 amp many people have recomended me that the saz2000d will b .5 ohm stable and i will have to run it at that, will that amp handle that, i heard it will put out like 2300 watts at .5 and b stable thanks

Recently getting involved with Sundown as a dealer in Florida, I sold my entire JL setup and switched to Sundown amps and subs. Jacob worked hand in hand with finding a good fit for my small BMW 318i. I installed 2 Sundown SA 12" subs on a Sundown 1500 Watt Amp. They are wired to 1ohm and run extremely well. The ported box is tuned to about 34hz, and i am very pleased with how the subs are responding. These subs will blow so many other setups out of the water! I am proud to say more amps will be going into my car and I look forward to selling a quality product! Kevin

Hey you guys are really imformative on these forums. So recently I installed my new system that consisted of a Fi BTl 18, SAZ 3000d, HO alternator(220amp), Kinetik 2400 in back, all 0gauge wires, big three all in a Nissan Pathfinder. And recently I would be listening to music and then the subwoofer would cut out and there would be no output. I inspected the sub and it looked fine. I switched the sub with a JL and it did the same thing. Played then cut out. I checked rcas, ground and also checked to see if the speaker wires r hooked up right. I switched out the 3000d with a Alpine amp and it worked fine. If you guys got any input or advice i should try please let me…

T'm trying to find the right amp for these im stuck between the 125.2 and the 100.4. can i run those passive? ive never set a front stage up so ive been trying to find the differences between passive and active, can anyone explain or give me a link to read on this? i only have a minor understanding but want to learn! i looked on the 12volt but couldnt find anything, maybe i just cant find the right stuff i want? i would prefer the easier setup because of my inexperience, so im thinking passive on a 125.2, would that work and sound good? the porblems i can think of for active is if i got the 100.4 would that give too much to the tweeters, or would i be able to tune it d…

What would cause and amp to automatically pop all 3 fuses when the ground and power and hooked on. Like as soon as the power is put on the fuses blow. I just took the amp out of my car. It was working wonderfully. Put it in a friends truck today and this is the problem we are having. Please advise. thanks

I have a JVC KD-AHD59 HU, front components and a Polk 4ohm SVC sub. I am planning to run the front components on ch 1/2 and bridge the sub on ch 3/4. The HU has 4 preamp outputs, line out L/R for the fronts and L/R outputs for the sub. I'm confused by the L/R sub outputs. Can I run those 2 sub outputs into ch 3/4 inputs on the amp and bridge the amp outputs for the sub? Seems odd to me. Please advise. Kent

Would running the SAX amps at 2 Ohms potentially hurt the amps in the long run like other amps? Im looking to run a sundown to a set of Infinity 680.7cs speakers. Anyone every use these amps as well?
