Hey guys i am looking for a tuning frequency for 2-15inch NS to use for SPL. My box will have interchangeable ports one for daily and one for an SPL show. my daily will be 34hz and for spl... i don't know what to use 40? 30? any recommendations on this would be awesome! i am using 2-6inch aero ports btw! in a 6cubic box powered by 2-saz2000 strapped and yes this is my new build starting around April if not much sooner!!!! thanks for your time and recommendations! i was just wondering what the typical output on a 100.4 will do at 2 ohm. i have 2 sets of re xxx comps and i wanted to know if this amp will supply enough power to them

I have had my my 3000d since Feb. back when I was pushing a pair(2) of 12'' L7s. I never got hot. Just recently I have changed my subs to a pair(2) of 15'' DD 9500. Now my amp get hot. It went thermal once. I have the gain set at alittle over a half. Bass Boost to zero, Phase to zero, and subsonic all the way down. What would cause my amp to heat up? Do my subs need more power? Am I not giving my amp enough power? I still have a stock alt at the moment(I ordered a bigger alt with 200 amps). Two retop optimas. One has the main starting and the other in the trunk. I already did the big three. Any suggestions would really help. Thanks.

i can get either for the same price.whats the difference other than 200wts. is there an advantage of one over the other? Im just lookin for some help, both units make the power i need at the right load , so which should i choose

Ya ya, my wiring is kinda messy right now but it might not be permant. and yes i know i shouldnt brag about "novice" trophy but it was my first time, and i still hit a 144.3 off two type R's with no tuning jus playin with it. on my btl i hit a 147.30. The guy that got first hit a 147.33 with 4 Type R 15''s. FYI GORRILA DUCK TAPE FTW!!!! at the show still filling the aero leaks on the aero's SAZ 3K btl 18 fully loaded 4.5 cu ft tuned to ....???? didnt have time to correct the aeros.

Is the amp available in the store? It's perfect for my application but it has no image and the description saying that it's essentially in a prototype stage.

which way should i go. i have 16 mids for the MINI. all 8 ohm. 8 per door. they will be wired in pairs of 4, in parallel, making each set of 4 mids a 2 ohm load. so its either 2 100.2s, with 8 mids per amp (basically 1 amp per door) running each channel at 2 ohms or 1 100.4, running 4 mids per channel, at 2 ohms. the 100.2 is rated 200 x 2 @ 2 ohms the 100.4 is rated 160 x 2 @ 2 ohms i know the 100.2 is supposedly a little more underrated than the 100.4 is, but i found a good deal (IMO) on 2 100.2s, bnib for 370 shipped. what do you guys think?

What is the total outer diameter of a zv4 12" minus the gasket? I have 13" to mount them in. And no, Im Not talking bout the cut out for the hole to mount them in the box. Lol

what are the duty cycle rattings on the saz1500d ? and at what wattage are they 100% duty cycle ? thanks

I was wanting to know when the 2000d model amp is coming out. Im piecing my system now and am goin to be buying an amp in about 1 month. Was wanting to get SAZ-2000D amp, but if its now out in time I will get the AQ2200D

hallo im using alpine 9855R with sundown saz1500 on dual genesis audiophile 30.01. my problem is when i connect rca to the regular INPUT connection even on full gain the subs almost not move but when i connect rca to the BR connection the subs working great but i dont have control on gain etc.... what can be the problem?

My friend got a sa-8v2 in a ported box and I was amazed how it sounded. So I decided togo the SA-12 route rather then my DC L4 18. Just got em in today. Can't wait to get started on the box Sunday.

i only have one sub which is RE SE d4... according to the picture i will have to connect both the positive to the box. and only one to the negative. so from box... it's one + and one -... and from amp it's + - - + So i would connect all both + on the amp and then connect it to the sub. and only one to the negative?

Just got done doing a little testing. Setup is: SAZ-1500 at 1 ohm 15" SI Mag Transmission Line tuned to 32hz Kinetik HC600 (I know, I know, it's all I had to slap in there right now) All done in the trunk of my Stratus, legal, on the dash sealed up. 144.8 @ 43hz

I started off my system with a eclipse 7200 headunit, mb quart qsd216 in the front, zapco iforce 6x9 in the rear, jl audio 300/4, n 500/1v2. With some fosgate p1s that i had from my previous car. Then I wanted something that was louder after askin jacob a million questions i got a saz-1500d and nightshade 15. I also bought a powermasters 2400, big 3, ran 0 ga to the amp, n kept 4ga for the mids amp . got a stock alt still, it's a 92' camry wagon (dont know what the amps are with that) and (2) 3500d's and (2) 3100's....should I get a volt meter just to be on the safe side....Im not sure how long I should play the system with just a stock alt?

The truck finally broke the 158 mark yesterday at the Wild Bills show in AL. Pulled a 158.1 db at 48hz and in the freezing cold.

Currently have a Sa-8V2 in a 1.2^3 ported enclosure powered off a AQ1200D at 2 ohms(~850RMS).. I would like some more trunk space in my 2014 WRX hatchback and was wondering how these subs sounded like sealed? Or is it even a good idea at all?
