Chris over at fisher customs is designing me a box for 2 nightshade 12's to go in my mustang. The box will be 3.8 cf total (1.9 cf each sub) with 4" aeroports on the side and subs facing back into the trunk. The box will be tuned to 35hz. This will be used for daily driving using two 1500's. I have seen on other threads where others using the nightshade 12's are using boxes with sizes around 1.5 cf for each sub or just slightly larger. Should I get Chris to trim down the size of the box to get closer to the 1.5 cf per sub? Or, is the 1.9cf more in line for that sub on daily driving? Thanks for the help.

I have 2 10's that handle 8000 rms burps a peice and need major powwer for burping only and i dont have much room the 1500d's wqill fit perfect I have 5 batteries and a 160 amp altternator i will be running these amps at this ohm load for competing only then return them too 2 ohms strapped for daily use i know it will void my warranty but can these amps do it

I'm planning on running a pair of 100.4s to power my three-way front stage, one for tweeters and midrange, and one bridged for midbass duties. The drivers I've selected are all 8ohm. What kind of power should I expect from them running at 8ohm in this configuration?

My box turned out to be a tad bigger then i wanted it too. But it's right around 6.92 cubes after sub displacement. It will be mainly for street beat/bass race/daily. Amp is an IA 40.1 @ .7ohm. My question is how many 6" aero's should i use? I have 3 total but was wondering if 3 6's would be too much..

Just curious I want to do a small sealed multiple sub setup using either 4 10s or 8s. I have an sae 1000 for amp. How much cone area does each 8 have?

Has anyone used a Nightshade B Stock??? Is it worth the defect for the price or is it better just to go new?

I just bought a sae-1000d and i will be hooking it up to 2 kicker DVC L5's. I really have no idea how to hook DVC subs to this amp. I know that the 1000d has two speaker outs, and didn't know if that would make this install easier or not. So, basically I am just wondering what the most productive way of hooking this up would be. I just got my Saz 3000d in and it popped a fuse, but first it went into protected mode, i have 1/0 wire going to the battery and a big 3 done in 1/0 weird thing when it popped i was doing about 13v then protect, then pop. idk what happened no shorts seem to be prevalent i dont know

Well guys i decided since im making some money, which is pretty good for 16, im planning my electrical now so i'm prepared in a few weeks. Right now i currently have a sae-1000D and 100.4 bridged on a 3 way set of CDT HD's and a Fi Q. However, 2 weeks ago i purchased another Sae-1000D Proto #2 i believe since i got #1, and i plan on buying a 100.2 in a week or two to go active 3 way on the CDT's. However situation is that im not sure how my electrical will hold up. What does the saz-3000 bass knob control and how does it control it? Is it gain or boost? does it override the amps settings or does it max out at them? BTW great amp, My car on score is only .6 db louder compared to the car off!!! I was amazed by this, helps alot for db drag

Monday I ordered 2 of the SAZ 1500d amps called Massive and told em i hope they did'ent plan on selling a lot of amps in Dallas or Ft Worth Tx after Fu@king me around like that a Happy Customer tells 12 people an Un-Happy customer tells EVERYONE anyway after Much discussion with Djman, and James they agree with Jacob that the 2x 1500d's would be better in the long run over the 3000d for wireing options, as sometimes i use 2x 15" and the next time i will have 4x 15" subs !!! I am so freekin Stoked

Here is my set up......so far Head Unit - Pioneer Premier DEH-P690UB Front Stage - Hybrid Audio CLarus 6.1 Sub - Image Dynamics Q12 (DVC)...just one Question is which amp would work best....the SAX 125.2 (bridged) or the SAZ 1000D? Also, I'm looking at going active setup. Will the built in crossovers in the SAX 100.4 work as an active setup? Thanks
