I just want to give you a big thanks. Your customer service is second to no one. Anytime I have a question or send you an email i get a response almost instantly. I appreciate all your help through everything and I cant wait to bring some more wins to team sundown when my new car is done.

I know you all have seen many pics, but this one is mine, and mine alone.

Car is a 2000 Altima with 2 HD315's forward firing. Picked up 2 more 1500D's for a song, so I threw them in so both pairs are strapped at 3ohms. Box is 8 cubes tuned to 35Hz as it sounds best for the music I listen to, meaning anything but new rap. It's just a daily driver that sounds very nice, but can get pretty loud also. TL at the headrest I did a 147.1 @ 31Hz which I was told is decent for a trunk car. I was pretty happy as it's far from an SPL car as I run a decent active front stage and dial the subs back 99% of the time. I was planning on a upgrade in the near future. i was thinking about running 2 Fi BL 15s fully loaded on eather a sundwn 2500 or a T2500.1bdcp? these two amps are sick.. i like both.. i like that there underrated and probly get somre in the 3000 or a little more... but i like both... im just undecided... can somone toss in there 2 cents on my topic?

I am trying to find the Driver Displacement for the Nightshade 15. It is not listed on the Sundown Website and I have searched the forums and have not found the answer. Does anyone here happen to know? Thank you.

Ok so i bought 2 of these off a guy that got a whole shipment from jacob. He reconed them and sold them. My concern is i asked them to be dual 2 but when i put them on a DMM i get 1.5 per coill. Both subs are like that. My question is do the D2s have that low of impedance or did i get D1.5s

I got my 1200D yesterday evening and had a chance to look it over and take some pics today. 1st off this thing is built like a tank, very solid feeling amp. It blows away the Infinity 611A I have been using as far as build quality goes and the Infinity costed just as much when I bought it new a few years ago. Not to mention the Infinity puts out half the power. On one side of the amp it's got heavy duty power connecters that take 1/0 gauge wire. They are not made from cheap crap that makes you afraid to tighten things up.The speaker outs and remote turn on are built the same way.It's also got 5 30 amp fuses. hey jacob with 3 of ur 3000ds so far with my windshield losing its seal and moving 4" im doing a 157 at 39hz with my batteries not being charged for 4 months. solid solid solid amps!! cant wait to buy 3 more will post vids and pictures as soon as i get them. the van has a show to attend in 2 hours oh and btw thats my wall still being bare mdf and not curved or anything only gonna get louder!!! watch out bassracers haha

well yesterday we took about a 2.5 hour trip to columbia to an E2 audio MECA event. It was an awesome show sundown made a good showing once again. Pics will be up soon. When the 10x switch is on, does this apply to both HPF and LPF? or just the one that the switch is "lined" to? Also, something I've been thinking about lately, When bridged to two channel, if RCAs are plugged into ONLY channel 3 and 4, should I be hearing from the speakers that is bridged on channel 1 and 2?

Just pre-ordered an SA-8 to play around with...can't wait to receive it! Gives me time to build the box. From what it looks like, something like a .75-1 cu. ft. ported around 34 or 35Hz should be a good starting point for good sound/efficiency right? Planning on running about 450-500 watts to it.

And well, i will let the following photo say it all...... The car has 2 x Sundown 4500d's Strapped at 0.35 - 0.175 per amp Measured output across the pair 105.3 volts 121.2 amps = 12,762 watts output - or in laymans terms "a ****load" Battery was dropping to 10.5 volts as well! I do not condont this sort of abuse - one of the amps was going into protect which is something i need to investigate further, however whichever way you look at it - 6.3K from a 4.5k amp with no engine charging the battery (StreetMax) is pretty awesome going. I feel i must also give some of the credit to the DC LV 4XL SPL motored subs, as they seem to be standing up to the abuse very well so f…

Can someone tell me how efficient is it ? did someone compare it to other LOUD SOUND QUALLITY sub like the FI-Q or AA-Havoc ? Thanks

As you may know these trunks are huge but shaped stupid wierd.... Just counting the center portion of the trunk, internally i have 8.11 cubes possibly more. I think if i were to remove or alter the carpet padding in the trunk i could gain a little more space. No plans on competing, just having some fun with a rediculous street beater. Plan to run 5- 7k, 3 d3100s, d2400 up front. if i could possibly get a dual alt setup, which if i can getting amps at that is not an issue. All i listen to is rap. any other factors i may be missing, feel free to chime in. I've had no beat since 09.

the SAZ-1500d is marked at 600 at everywhere i look iirc.. are these prices negotiable? because i have had people say they got theirs for 450. if not is there any where to buy used? and what is a good price i should be willing to pay for a used one?

How is the SQ of the sundown amps. I see that the power there but how does it stack up against other amps SQ wise? Where can I find third party reviews?

so, my luck follows through. This small tear not even all the way through on my surround foam got worse. This is by the way a 12 in sundown nightshade. The surround foam is positivly going to need replaced. My question is..Am I going to need a complete recone or can I just get the foam replaced. thanks Jordan

It may be alive again... drove it around a bit today with no issues. Well I had all of my equipment just sitting at my house so I asked my buddy Cooper if I could put it in his explorer for our competition on saturday since it won't fit in my Grand AM. The whole system was put in starting at 11:00 PM friday, and this is what we got.
