does anyone have these? how do they sound? how long do I have before they get discontinued

I Just Ordered A 100.2 Amp From Db-R I Know it says there is a 7-10 day lead, but how long would it normally take to get an amp to Houston Texas ?

Who has tested how much power these will take? Will they hold ~1500 watts a piece for around 30 seconds

I'm planning on running a pair of 100.4s to power my three-way front stage, one for tweeters and midrange, and one bridged for midbass duties. The drivers I've selected are all 8ohm. What kind of power should I expect from them running at 8ohm in this configuration?

hi, i am going to be getting an sax100.2, sax100.4 and a saz3000d. and i am wondering if this is going to be enough electrical to support it. 1 powernaster D1200 up front, 2 powermaster d3100 in the back, a 190 amp alternator (biggest one for my car) 1/0 big 3, and i am going to be running a ground run to connect all the batteries together. also the sax100.2 will be at 2 ohm. two of the channels will be at 2 ohm and the other set will be at 4 ohm on the sax100.4 and the saz3000d will be at 2 ohm(reason for the saz3000d at 2 ohm and not an saz1500d is that i might get a new vechile(sp) in a year and then i want to go for just spl in the new vechile(sp(. so then i will al…

So guys i am getting a recone on my 15 to a pair of 12's, the subs in question are the NS v1. my question is how many spiders does the NS v1 normally come with? i ask b/c i will be running 2-saz2500 strapped to the 2-12's and someone mentions to me maybe i should get another spider added to the 12's so they can handle the amount of power? so my question again is do i need or shoudl i get another spider added to each sub or no would stock be enough. i plan to do a daily/ burp car but primary a daily setup application. thanks for viewing my thread and any input! well i went to a db drag show over the weekend....it was my first time with the new amps... bass raced at a 155.3 not too bad.. the amps work great.. but my voltage was kinda suckin.. 11.5 voltz full tilt.... workin on getting more batts and another alt.. funny thing.. i did that number with my main RCA's falling out..i only had one in when i bass raced !! maybe i could have done a 156 with both plugged in.....oh well.. good weeknd .......... lil-john

Well im a big fan of Sundown and recently aquired a 3000D now im using one of the clasic Opti AMps and might be able to sell and was considdering saz 4 channel. Neetless to say if they keep doing what they are doing ill never buy a different branded Mono but my question is about the 4 ch Ill be using it to run active so crossover points not that important but being loud and sounding clean will be. It will be the older labeled model but it will still be un used. IDK if that makes any difference

The 4.2 cu ft. seem good and the box looks nice to me. I know building one will be a little cheaper but it probably wont come out as nice and would save me the headache of building one myself. But if you recommended that I just build one myself then that's what ill do. I emailed them asking what the tuning is so if its not around 33hz then obviously wont get. im looking to redo my set up. want to go with all sundown amps this time. will eventually go active or use the 3/4 chanels fo mid bass. after i buy my saz1500 & subs but until then can i use my 1/2 chns to run my comps passive and bridge 3/4 at 2 ohms on a small sub? or does it have to be at 4ohm? and what type of output can i get out of the bridged chns at each ohm load. i going to order the new heatsink model by the way.

Goofy question I know, but my 100.4 just came in and I was admiring it... Tehn as I was looking at the lil knob that come with it, I had the thought that I don't normally adjust my gains or boosts after they are set... Also, I don't really have a place or want to mount 2 knobs up front on the TrailBlazer when I get my system in and if I ever do get the system in teh Blazer, I sure don't want 6+ more little knobs up front there...

How safe is it if I was to run pair of BTL15D2's @ 0.5ohm with music? I'm only able to buy one amp at the moment. I will be getting another as soon as I can, then I'll strap them @ 2ohm I dont know much about calculating imp. rise or anything like that, nor do I have the tools. I have Knu Konceptz Krystal Rca's in my ride and I need a Single Rca to Master/Slave my Saz1500d's together. Anyone know of any nice Rca's to use to make the Single run? If you will post me a link cause i am looking to buy one tonight. I am searching as we speak. The shortest KnuKonceptz has is 13 feet. That is way to long. I am still looking.

I've got 2 dd 3515's dual 2 ohm, right now i've got 2 sundown audio 1500d's strapped @ 2ohms. I'm wanting to get 2 more 1500d's. my question is would the amps handle bein strapped @ 1 ohm daily? i wanted to ask first before i reconed the subs to dual 1 ohm...thanks in advance.

in the sticky where they did a test this is what was read Power supply voltage was 16.5 volts at rest dropping to around 14.5 volts. So consider this a 14.5 volt output rating. Our clamp meter ran out of steam at 400 amps so we measured efficiency at lower levels: 3294 watts @ 84% efficiency (252 amps draw) 3938 watts @ 81% efficiency (316 amps draw) 4424 watts @ 74% efficiency (392 amps draw) here is my question and i want to get a better understanding of this so bear with me for a minute..lol 3294 watts with 252 amps draw..now lets say your running 2 of the 3k watt models which would be 504 amps draw? and if your alt is only a 300 amp alt how does that work? im sure i h…

Alrighty down to business! Take note of my 2 pics below. The first pic shows a piece of mdf with 4 12volt fans in it to cool the amp which is under it. Notice the second pic where the amp is underneath the fans. I am doing this so i don't lost 100% of my trunk as i will be going back to school in september. I guess this is a makeshift amp rack! My question is should my fans be blowing onto the amp? Or sucking the hot air off of the amp? what kind of drop should i be seeing from a pair of strapped 1500's @ 1 ohm for a burp? I'm using a nsb-90 with the car off. it goes from 13.8- low 11's. is this right? i'm going to start and run my car in the morning and see what the drop is!
