Here goes to the start of deadening my 02 Z71. Lots of deadening going in. 155 Sq ft. Raammat 5 or 6 Yards Ensolite 5 gallons and 1 quart of Spectrum GM's way of trying to stop you from removing the rear bolts on the front seats an 11mm 12 point did the trick. Also the front nuts on the front seat are removable with 15mm 12 point. Carpet is not so clean lol When I saw this clip for the first time I thought "I'll come at you like a spider monkey!" The rear light needs to be removed before dropping the headliner to disconnect the light More pics to come

i got these jl 8w7's in a trade so i figued id try them out, i deisgned up a t-line box. and threw it together and im going to dropp the box in the neon to play around with till it snows and i cant drive it no more. here are some pics of the box, will grab pics of the car and the rest later on. enjoy

This is my first sub box. I've done some other carpentry stuff before but have always been too scared to try and build a sub box in fear it would sound like chit and be a total waste of effort. It's 2 cubes tuned at 41hz. I'm trying to get more spl out of my sub on 500 watts to give me an edge in the basic 1 class in my local circuit. I hit 135.5db on my current setup but that may not get er done. I could have finished much sooner if I had more clamps. I'll glue the top down tonight after I find my tie down straps and do the pseudo-in law family Easter gig. I almost forgot to add the part about my girlfriend's wisdom teeth being taken out Friday. Puffy puffy cheeks.

I didn't get any pictures during the process (camera was down and decided to not come on until it was all done). But the box is 3.3 cubic feet with 48 sq in of port tuned to 32 hz. This is also the first time i've ever done a kerf port, and i thought it turned out pretty good. Questions? Comments?

My friend just bought a barely used sundown audio zv3 12 and came to me wanting a box built for his srt-4 so he brought it by and i got all the measurements down, tuned it in at about 32 hertz hes got it on a 5000w amp with it turned halfway up and hits like crazy, keep in mind this is my first box build, also there is indeed two supports on the inside of the box. Well.....I've switched over to (2) 10'' SSA ICONS sealed from a 10'' Fi BL in 1.25ft^3@33hz. I couldn't get enough port area for a decent ported box so I was forced to ditch the BL. After a few weeks of trying to decide, I have started to receive all of my equipment. I'm still waiting on my sub & deadening. Here are some pics of our SPL truck at Tj's audio.. This truck brought home a 3rd place trophy from the USACI World Championship this year. We managed to hit 159.7 db @ 65hz using eight Addictive Audio V2 12's, Four Addictive Audio 200.1 amps, and 1 BatCap 8400.

I have a sundown scv-4000 amp, wired at one ohm. The sub's are 12" Zv4's sitting in a 4 cubic ft box, tuned at 40hz but loudest at 48hz. I have a 300 amp alternator wired with the big 3. All the wires 1\0 gauge. I have one Xs d3100 battery. Door speakers are 6 " Morels components. Rear deck are 6x9's morel components. Head unit is pioneer DEH-08prs. Vehical is 2002 KIA spectra ls. The KIA has Mojo Mat in the interior and trunk double lined on head liner. The doors are done inside and outer side. The system is hitting 141.1 on the DB's. The amp has been tuned if that makes sense? I have a few pics more to follow.

well it took about 2 weeks after the mazda wreck but i got a new ride.. its an 01 volvo S60 T5 .. i will be doing a single 15 at first but with my calculation im pretty sure this car will be getting 2 15s soon... hehe.. PICS TO COME..

Well i used to have a 90 TSi Talon AWD which i traded for this 94 Civic to do a nice lil trunk build for USACi new trunk class. But im doing this one the right way, itll have everythinggggg replaced on it by the time im done with it, started a lil dismantle last Sat. Well figured I had better make a build log for this. I have 40ft^2 of Second Skin Damplifier coming tomorrow and I'm buying another 40ft^2 and 18ft^2 of SS Luxury Liner. I also got my comps in the day before. Rainbow Profi line 5.25" set. I went with the 5.25's b/c I want to keep the truck looking as stock as possible. I'm still debating on were to put my tweeters and the crossovers though. I'm open to any suggestions... I'll have lots of pictures through out the whole process. It will probably take me a good week plus to do it all b/c its my only vehicle and I need it for work so I will have to work small area's at a time. I'm hoping to deaden the crap out of the…

Ok Guys, Its been going on for a while, but I though it was time to put up some pictures. Just to let you guys know I dont have my own garage and most things have been imported. The problem is good gear are either redicilously exspensive or not availeble at all. First Ill start with my old setup then move on to the work in progress. Here she is in my garage.
