We have this feature available to anyone that has an SSA Store account. Much like Newegg and Amazon, you can leave a review of the product you purchased. The more reviews, the better really as people like to read unbiased feedback from the ones who actually have the product installed in their own car. So if you bought something from the SSA Store and want to add a couple sentences to the product to say how you liked it, that would be great.

i placed my order, got a tracking number but when i clicked the tracking to see when it would get here i get this message "The sender has voided the UPS tracking number created for this shipment. UPS does not have possession of this shipment." and then the next day i get an email saying the sender canceled the shipping

Hi there ssa, I would like to know if I had 2 ssa xcon motors & purchased 2 recone kits with 2 12" baskets what would the total cost be including shipping & everything. Do I just buy everything in the store & wait for the shipping info to send them in? What would the wait time be if I were to send in the motors to have them built up & reconed into subs. Last week (May 12th) I ordered a SSA DCON 12" DVC sub. For the last week the order status has been "Awaiting Shipment". Is this normal? When Can I expect it to be shipped out, or has it already?

When you order a recone does it take as long as it does as when you order a sub?

Just had my two old 12" Xcons each blow a coil. one the spider rotted right out. (were old when I got them and that was over 2 years ago) Any chance of any deals on Recones for black Friday? I'm in need of a Medium shirt, all I see are 3x I'm a pretty small dude lol. Also I need a Recone for my ZCON 18.. Playing music off of my SD card last song played on the folder went to the next one.. which happened to be a 21hz sine wave full blast .. still plays fine but there is a rattling sound.. not the dustcap either.. took it apart and the joint mounts to the cone is shredded and the spider pack is separated.. shows what 5k at 21hz will do to your subs. In need of them both desperately! Don't ask why I have a 21hz sinewave.. because I don't know.. came in a CD I bought.
