Can anyone let me know if the SSA store has the Crescendo FT1 black in stock and if the store has Crescendo crossovers for the FT 1's. Want to purchase but would like them soon and not wait long. Thanks for your help.

From the email: I clicked on "unsubscribe" and a new page opened with "404 Not Found". I clicked on "contact" and a new page opened with "404 Not Found". What other avenue can I take to rid my email of monthly ssa junk mail?

I ordered the xs power I bar 556 through"SoundSolutionsAudio" on amazon. and I received some used products. I am seriously dissapointed. is this person the same as here the SSA store or is this a different seller?

I submitted a question using the contact us tab at the store website, how long does it usually take to get a response? I submitted it Saturday or Sunday........ Is it better to ask questions here?

If I ordered a recone and it has not sent yet could I add a basket to it?

Just wondering how much longer of a wait I can expect for this recone kit...?? Just a couple days shy of month. Got a status update just a couple days after I placed order it says awaiting shipment figured it would been shipped by now....

I ordered a single 12" AA mayhem and it has been a few days shy of a month. Curious to know if I could get an eta on how much longer it would take for it to ship. Thanks

Hi there ssa, I would like to know if I had 2 ssa xcon motors & purchased 2 recone kits with 2 12" baskets what would the total cost be including shipping & everything. Do I just buy everything in the store & wait for the shipping info to send them in? What would the wait time be if I were to send in the motors to have them built up & reconed into subs. Well this is odd. My parents called me from back home to tell me my package from SSA came some time last week; only I haven't ordered anything. A 15" DCON was sent to me at my address and I didn't order it. I went to the order status for my account to see if someone had hacked my account and ordered one and... sent it to my house?? But that wasn't the case. Order #5455 and order #5182 were indeed for 15" DCON's, but I've already received them a long time ago. Aaron, what the heck do you want me to do with this?! My old man opened it up and there was nothing on the inside of the top of the box (i was hoping for a receipt to be there). Thanks!
