Well this is odd. My parents called me from back home to tell me my package from SSA came some time last week; only I haven't ordered anything. A 15" DCON was sent to me at my address and I didn't order it. I went to the order status for my account to see if someone had hacked my account and ordered one and... sent it to my house?? But that wasn't the case. Order #5455 and order #5182 were indeed for 15" DCON's, but I've already received them a long time ago. Aaron, what the heck do you want me to do with this?! My old man opened it up and there was nothing on the inside of the top of the box (i was hoping for a receipt to be there). Thanks!

I already emailed aaron and got a response about my order saying "awaiting shipment" all day. Figured it would ship out today. I emailed back but haven't had him respond since then. I know he's a busy person, so thought I'd make a thread just in case. I was pretty sure the Sundown E8v3s were NOT made to order, and were pre stocked and ready to ship. My order number is #6042. I might be wrong though since there's an option between D2 & D4.

I had ordered my xcon couple months (still have not used it)ago.And now I want to order an amp now (I no finally an amp for that beast) how do I get that 5% discount. It say it would do it automatically (does not) Or do I even get it.

I am planing on getting SSA 2 Zcon 18's and a Crescendo 3500d next week. I have a 98' GMC ext cab truck. What type of set up is best in my vehicle? wall? ported box with subs up? subs forward?... need some advice..

Hello, I saw something about international shipping with Bongo. What is it ? It says that it gives me an adress in the USA so I can order, but why ? I don't need any delivery in the USA, and I like when it is Fedex, or even UPS The Fedex girls are soooo nice here I can see that I must pay $1 to register, but I don't know who will deliver my orders, how much it will cost finally, and how long it will take. I admit I did not check if I can finally use the Fedex checking info app that was on the store. It never worked for my country, in facts. I made a comment about this in the feedback section, but seeing that it happened again I felt like making a topic was necessary. On two separate orders, separated by a months, UPS hasn't updated my order status until the product shows up at my door. It goes from "awaiting shipment" to "shipped" instantly, and usually a few days AFTER it arrives at my door. Take my last order, #5455, for example. It still says "awaiting shipment" on the SSA store and if I click the tracking label, UPS still says that only a shipping label has been created. This is quite annoying. Especially because I wasn't at my house when UPS delivered the package, and I wasn't there for a few days. My…
