Hi guys, i have 4AWG power and group wire which i need to get in to my SAZ-1000-d amp? cant seem to find a connector that will go over the cable and into the amp side! Thanks Pez

I have 1 fully loaded 15 inch FI BTL A 5 Cubic Ft box tuned at 31 htz 0 Gauge Wiring All i need to make it complete is the AMP. I was real close to getting a HIFONICS but a lot of people are saying they are overrated Sundown audio is a little out of my price range as i only have around 500 Dollars. Could someone please steer me in the right direction. Thanks-Blake

I have an fi q 12 in a ported enclosure tuned to 32 Hz. Where on the dial is 28-29 Hz so I can set it properly. Also where should I put the lpf? Thanks a lot for the help

Should i change my mosconi gladen one 120.4 amp for 2 mosconi pico 2 please advice, my main concern is overheating of this pico 2 since i dont have information about that small little thing i do plan to listen lots of hours of music in my car when i am travelling and this pico 2 doesnt have any fan or any heat dissapation at all , i consider changing my mosconi gladen 120w x 4 to two mosconi pico 2 i will save space that way and since my speakers are rated at 75w i dont need 120w power. If someone ever used pico 2 tell me is it overheating is it suffers from any problems...

Anyone have any good setups with this amp? Modded or not? A d200? I want to know how much I can really get out of it..have only seen it do work in 4 ohm. I got one off my buddy with a dmged Fi Q for only 200$. I thought it was a steal...

I'll be getting my 260A alternatir for my 06 civic tomorrow. So I decided to take a look at all that needs to be done and I noticed the alternator charge wire runs into a fuse box, and know I'm unsure how I should run the 0 ga. for the charging wire.

as some of you know, i have an 84 300D benz, and i have had this freakin 200a alt lyin around in my room waiting to be installed for 4 months. My dad is weary about installing this into my car because he is scared that if the regulator goes out, it will overcharge and blow my battery up. Other concerns are the stock wiring (not the big 3 wiring) the dimmer wire, startup wire and all that good stuff (all in a wiring harness) is going to catch fire. His wearyness has caught on to me and i am scared that my car is gonna catch fire. I have a Hyundai XG-300 (ya i know they are not that common) and I'm looking to do the big 3 upgrade with 1/0awg but before i do i want get get a new alternator rather than the stock one that i have(120 amps) Only problem is that i cant find an alternator made for my car that does any thing over stock and i need at least another 80 amps at the minimum..basically im trying to power a btl 15 or grab a re audio xxx 15..pretty much i need to get 2000w + rms out of my charging system.(i am aware of the extra batteries needed)... my question is would any H.O. alt. i find work fine with my car or should i just buy a new stock alt. and get it rewound and altered to put out more p…

Alright so I have been waiting to get money for 1/0 wiring and then my friend who is in an automotive electrical class in a local college here messaged me and said that he thinks 4 awg would be big enough for my big 3 Since my alt is only a 70 amp alt and He read that 4 awg should carry up to 150 amps.. At least in that short of a run (1ft-5ft runs) Just wanna make sure if this will work before I buy it in about 45mins. hi, i am wondering is doing the big 3 in 4 guage enough for a 2400 rms system? i know using a thicker wire is better but i would like to use stock type connects and the biggest side terninal battery wire is 4 guage that i can find unless i can find like 2 guage then i might be stuck using 4 guage.

Heres the scoop: I went to put my sub and amp in my car, and was having a hard time getting the box to fit, so I thought I better check everything out to make sure it worked, and the amp keeps going into a protection mode or something. Its a Memphis PR1000.1 I tried to contact the seller because he guaranteed not to be DOA but won't get a return. I guess thats what I get for buying off of ebay But anyways, I was wondering if people could give me some input on which would be a better amp for my Fi Q in a LSQ installation. Okay, my buddy just received his fi bl 18's. he has 2 of them running off an audiopipe 3000. They are both D1 ohm. Would i wire them in a series for them to be running @ 1 ohm from the amp or would i wire them parallel. AND after i figure that out how would i wire them in series and how would i wire them in parallel.

I have an alpine cda-9886 HU with pxa-h100 sound processor and ktx-h100 tuning kit. I'm thinking about selling this setup and getting the pioneer deh-p800prs. I'm looking for opinions. I'm working on a revamp of my system and wanting to go active. I know it's possible with the alpine, but i'm not happy with the eq settings i can access with the deck and i don't want to have to hook up a computer to get better sound. Also the ipod interface isn't that good. I haven't played with the pioneer with an ipod. It would also simplifiy my install going wtih the pioneer(no extra box under my seat). I recently caught a GREAT deal on one of these.. only problem is that the CD player isn't functional. That isn't an issue at all considering it's got USB & iPod inputs. However, I tried plugging a thumb drive into the USB input & it won't read it. It shows iPod when I connect it but you need the iPod integration cable to use it, so I know nothing is wrong w/the USB input. Does my flash drive need to me formatted a certain way? Hey I'm looking at upgrading my stock alternator to a 160 amp alternator. I want to run 1500 watts rms. I have a kinetik 2000 under my hood and 1/0 big 3. Is this electrical safe to run 1500 watts? I don't want to spend too much money and Im wondering if the 160 amp alternator is enough to power 1500 watts rms. Thanks guys. Project coming soon

i have two batteries and i have a fosgate 1500x1 i was wondering that if i ran just the two batteries would i be fine for a couple of months?

So i currently have an aq2200 and i am wanting to get more power. So i was thinking about selling or trading my current amp for either a crescendo bc3500 or an aq3500. But i was thinking maybe i should just buy another aq2200 and strap them. Only thing is i have no clue on how to do this and would not want to mess things up. Is it hard to strap amps and would it be worth to strap them?

I see that quite a few people have these. These amps any good? SQ? Efficiency? And do they do their rated power?

I have an 86 crown vic with a kicker 300 watt amp powering an IA 187 15. When i have the volume or bass up i get some very noticable dimming from my interior and exterior lights. I think the stock alternator is only a sixty five amp. What i want to know is will this up grade help my dimming, and what exactly is it. I know its replacing wires with larger wire, but what wires should be replaced and how big should i go. I tried using the search feature but i guess its idiot proof.
