i got a 12" Fi iB3 and i need a recommendation of an enclosure help will be appreciated Thank you!

if i have two amps that are 1600rms each and i want one amp to each sub what should i get the basic btl or the bl with cooling and flatwire

Okay so i went to Freemans Audio today to give the guy my idea of what i wanted to do with the box. I arrived with the intention of sealing off the trunk and having the sub faced towards the cabin.... the guy said that it would be better to have it in the trunk facing the trunk becuase it would resonant off the trunk, if it fired into the cabin, i would be the first thing it hit... For "my way" wouldnt there be less trunk rattle and it be louder to there ear? versus "his way" would have more trunk rattle and some of the sound would be sealed in the trunk??? I dont have to long before i have to tell them my final plan... tommorow they will most likely start working on it a…

I placed an order for the Fi SP4 15 on 2-14-14 and the order status says awaiting fulfillment, not quite sure what that means but the money has been taken from my account and I cannot get ahold of Fi. I have emailed them multiple times with no response and the only phone number I have when I call it says it's an old Fi number the mailbox is full and to email the store. Any help is appreciated.

I did a search for warranty, but ended up finding more threads talking about amp warranties than Fi sub warranties. I have a few pic's of one of the tinsel leads in my Fi Q15 that worked itself loose. Everything else on the sub is good and the VC looks perfect, it's just this one tinsel lead that came loose. I remember seeing a thread about a user that had some BTL's that had tinsel lead slap issue's. Are the tinsel leads in Fi woofers ever going to be wooven into the spider?

The competition at Indianapolis for DBDrag on February 26th had 5 competitors in the Street B class. Including myself, we all had trunk cars. I wasn't planning on running DBDrag (only bassrace) at first cause I found out I'd have to disconnect my rear two batteries for the Street B class. Well then I started watching the qualifying runs and saw three 137s, and one guy with a 140.1. I knew my N2s on my AQ 3500.1 would hit near the 142 range, so I ran to Ace Hardware, bought some bolts, and disconnected my rear batteries. Since I qualified so late, none of the Street B guys even knew I was in there class. I think my qualifying score was a 141.9. When it came time in …

I plan on doing a 4th order build for 2 SSD 10's and was wondering if I should go with the high QTS option? I plan to have them in a 3^ft @47hz(50^in port),1^ft sealed BP box,sound good?

Ok so I placed a order for a Bl 15 on May 28th. I have emailed everyone i can email with no response from anyone!! I was going to try something new for Scrapin the Coast this year and represent Fi Audio but it looks as if I will not be doing so because I havent recieved my sub. This past weekend I attended DBDrag World Finals at Dayton Ohio (I only live 45 minutes away) and competed in the 3x event. The event was ran great from the judges and ran smooth from start to finish. I was very happy to see fellow Fi competitors. One was Dr. Boom. For those of you that don't know him, he has 6 15" BTLs walled in a Scion xB off of 6 Sundows 3500s. His install was by far the cleanest there, and his car was a show stopper for sure. I got a demo from him, unfortunately my esophagus started to close up so it got hard to breathe, but boy did those BTLs sound great!! Got my Fi Q 12s from fed-ex today & would like to thank you guys for the Carbon fiber dust cap on my subs that was super cool of you guys to do for me. The wait time is something I hear a lot of people talk about but on my order I found it to be accurate (15 days) & not bad at all. I just want to thank Fi car audio for all the help they have given me. For those that dont know the story here it is.... At WF 06, I needed my atomics reconed and didnt have the materials to do it, so Scott and the guys said that they would no problem. I dropped off my sub at their room/workshop. About 10 minutes into the ordeal Scott informs me that the coil, cone and other parts are wrong. I was, needless to say, screwed. They said to hell with that. asked what freq I burped, what power I had and what class I was running. I'm planning on buying a 18inch fully loaded BTL. I have a few options in mind for an amp. I personaly like Soundstream amps. Hifonics as well as Planet audio make cheap but powerful amps.IMO JBL make the best underrated amps but there are so many choices to choose from. On this forum Sundown is the amp of choice by many. I found this link with a list of some athe most powerful amps on the market. I ordered a recone kit w/ basket for a Q. Wondering what all is included with this recone kit--push terminals, bolts for basket to motor, shim, CA glue, etc.? I'd like to have everything on hand when kit comes in.
