I recently purchased my two new Q 18's, and they arrived about a week ago. The UPS guy dropped the boxes and he bolted to the truck. I went outside to bring them in when I noticed a box was severely torn, retaped, and then ripped again. I know this was UPS, since my previous experiences with Fi, as well as the other box, have always yielded nice packing. The subs seemed fine, but I also ordered a T-shirt and banner for my car. The banner fell out of the hole in the box, I am guessing, and the shirt had a hole in it. I contacted Fi about the problem, informing them about the shipping problem, and Scott got back to me the next business day. Without asking any other q…

Well first off I'd like to thank FI for their amazing service up to this point (only been a customer for a few weeks and haven't used your product yet but amazing at answering customer questions and FAST!). I have asked a few times on her about updates of the BTL backorder but what I as a customer would like to see is a thread posted with daily or even weekly updates of different backorder or any other subwoofer issues. Maybe this is a dumb suggestion and you don't have time please don't bash me just wanted to through some input out there for you guys. Would love to know an update as of 8/10. Fella's i was wondering about the decals from FI. I want to purchase the white decal so it will show on the rear window of my car but which color do i choose on the page here to get the white decal? Also the ones they send with your purchase dont work at all. How do you get the to not show the rear when installing them on your car?

Well today we had a gathering amongst friends in Honolulu Hawaii with a Term lab to play around with.... Fi was killing the scene.... TL meter..... DB Drag setting... peak hold, sweeps and sine waves then music... We got to show off a 10" BL a 15" Q and an 18" BTL on a sundown 3000D.. I have to say Philips 10" BL is so damn impressive... some of the new guys that showed up were amazed at what that 10" BL could put out (numbers wise and sound wise)... Not many 10's on this island can boast a solid steady 142 on a TL with a single 10... The 15" Q first run was right up there with some of the other DD set-ups that were veterans.... hi today i was playing deep bass for like 20 minutes and after i gave the sub a break i touched the fi cap and it was pretty warm is this ok?? if i had played it for a lil longer would the sub had blown up???or do i have to break in my sub???im running a rockford fosgate p8002 amp and its sopuse to put out like 950 rms only. I tought a fi could take more than that if i got all the options thanks.

Was thinking, and wondering if Fi has contemplated making some ear buds? I know myself, and many others i'm sure would be all over them. I have no doubt they would sell like hotcakes. I would love to see some high quality buds in the future. With awesome drivers, and a better cord then {others} with maybe a "Fi" logo built in anyways, those are my thoughts.

Ive been contemplating this recently and was wondering how the Fi would do in home audio? I am considering a a IB or a Q but then again I have a spare BL just sitting here. Which would work best and how well will they really perform. Lets be honest here I want loud and good sounding in my car but for home use I am more focused on SQ then breaking things. Thanks

I ordered the glue from Fi with my recone kits and it arrived with some sort of activator. Any ideas on how to use this in the recone method? Thanks

I ordered a BL on the weekend, and got an answer on Sunday. I live in Canada so I can't order off the website. I ordered my sub(10" BL) and forgot to state the impedance. So in the email back he tells me what it'll cost, and asks me what impedance I want. This is Scott BTW. I tell him D1, because I was in a rush and completely blanked. Ever done that? I'm at work thinking "you cant wire d1 to 1 ohm..." kind of freaking out.
