Well I placed my order on Dec. 4 and my order still has not shipped. I spoke with Shawn on Monday and was told it would ship out Tuesday or Wednesday it is Friday now and they are still not shipped. I have been very patient upto now. I was not quoted a time frame of this length at time of purchase. And I have been mislead on several occasions. I know they are busy but give me a date and stick to it. I wasn't expecting to wait two months for my subs that's not what I signed up for. Thanks, and any help having this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated!

I have a single BTL N2 18 that i am upgrading from a planet audio 5000.1D to an amp that can put out real power numbers and has 1/0 power and ground. I was thinking of the Crescendo 3500 or sundown 3500 as i hear the BTL N2 can easilly take 3500 RMS. Are those 2 amps one of my better, if not the best options and if not which would you suggest in a daily driver? I should probably include this is a dual 2 ohm that i will be wiring to 1 ohm. Basically if you had the choice what is the perfect amp to pair with this sub? **Also i would like to know if i have been misinformed of the btl handling that much power before i just go and blow this sub.**

so i have 2 18" fully loaded BTLs waiting to be put in with 2 2400 watt rms hifonics amps....1 amp for each sub... but i need to know how many batteries do i need ?? also what brand / model ?? also how many amps does the alternator need to be ... i know i need to upgrade the alternator.... what brand ?? where can i get the alternator ?? im not a beginner to car audio so i know a little about what im talking about this system is going in a 91 honda civic hatch btw

Ok it's time to start thinking about my crappy alternator and electrical. I'll start out by asking if anybody in here has a 2003 Nissan Maxima and if they have a HO alt. or one with upgraded electrical stuff? I've found a couple for reasonable prices but the sites are somewhat iffy. I was hoping to get away with just doing the big 3, adding a battery, replacing the battery under the hood, and buying a capacitor. The alt. I have now puts out 100-125 amps from what I've seen and I also believe it's the original one that's in my car. What do you guys think? Should I definately upgrade the alternator? I'm probably going to get a Bl 15 soon so i was reading the "tech" section on the fi website about the BL's. One thing i didn't understand is why they said that they recommend getting the P-chamfer option when they don't even offer it for the sub as far as i know. If you look at the bl's that option does not show up.

Well I sent in my FI sub for repairs at the beginning of may. Sent a few emails to Mr. Shawn, and he said they would repair it. After a while I started getting no response. Here is the system: Basic Kenwood deck (for now) feeding a US AMPS 6000. US AMPS 6000 feeding one BTL 15. For now, two runs of 0 gauge running back off a 250-300 amp alt feeding three Stinger 1700s. We want to do street beat under USACI rules which is pound the crap out of it for 30 seconds. The amp will not be ran at full tilt just so you guys know. I was wondering what kinda box you guys might recommend and should we get the fully loaded BTL or are there a few things we don't need. I recently purchased a re cone kit and a CA glue kit. I am wondering if this shipped by default or do you expect me to ship the sub in? I verified the money was transferred from paypal, but I never recieved any type of confirmation for my order besides the default email. Has this shipped? Is there any way for the customer to check on the process and see the status of order? The order total was 136.20, and I have the paypal transaction ID if needed. I do not see a order number on the comfirmation email. It was purchased March 17th. RE SE recone was the order (15"). I have not recieved a UPS tracking number or any other email since the initial purchase. Thanks for any help …

Where can I find an accurate list of Fi or AA dealers ? I found a dealer on ebay, just in my island ! IT seems too good to be true, but did not find no prices. Btw, I live in Martinique (FWI) Can this dealer be legit ? Some people are interested in the BTL here, and I would not like them to have any problem.

This is out of pure curiosity. I just want to know what all the parts into these woofers are made of and i looked of on the site and found some things but im just seeing if theres any other specific details. I just want to know more about the internals than i do about the outside appearance. Simple question i suppose.
