I have been competing in MECA for the last couple years, and due to the rule changes Im dropping out. So now Im headed back into a daily set up, no longer chasing numbers. I have both the ufo mag and n2 btl's and love both, I finally got a blazer and am looking for a just a monster daily system. Both my btl's are 12s, since I now have a blazer I will be looking at an 18. Question being....what would fit my bill better, going with a sp4 or just reconing one of my current btl's to an 18. Will be on a saz3500 with the proper electrical.

just spent $210 for a 12" BTL recone but i have a question.do i still have to pay to ship it to vegas? or am i supposed to recieve a label through email? i was probably better off just buying a new sub if im gonna be paying over $300..any answers?

Are there any issues right now with reconing IB3's? My 18" IB3 was delivered to Fi car audio 10/19/2010.

Does anyone know how i get a recone kit for my SX? My buddy talked to someone on here and they said it was possible to recone it as an Fi. Im jus wondering how I go about getting one.

I have an avalanche that will be shipped to you soon for a recone, but it's for the guy that bought it from me. He's paying for the recone and the billing information that will be supplied will be his... I was wondering if I can get a new gasket, because the one I have has a cut about .75" long on top of it, and I'd like it to look good and I forgot that I had switched it between a different driver and I didn't state it in my F/S thread. I couldn't find these gaskets for an 18" online, I saw some for 15" and under but were wayy to expensive, 15+ 45 shipping, which is retarded. Screwdriver slipped and I poked a medium sized hole in the rubber surrond. I have it plugged up with silicone right now, but I was wondering how much it would cost to fix if I shipped it back to you guys. It's a 12" SSD. Thanks.

Hey guys. Just wanted to know whats yall opinion on this..Is this a good match? it will be in a 8 cuft box... At what frequency should i port it? i was thinking 32 - 33. i want it to be loud and low... will i turn heads with this set up? Thanks in advance

this will be my first time buying fi products. i have a 2004 gmc denali that i want to fill. im pretty much asking what would you choose between the 2? they will be seeing the same amount of power 3000 rms per btl or 1500 per bl plus whatever more my saz-3000 will put out. and yes i do have plenty of electrical to handle these i know the 8 bl's would have alot more cone area but would it be noticeable? what would you choose? any input is appreciated

i pluged it up to my home cd player and it was playing for about 12 seconds and my cd player like cut off and restarted so i unplug'd it realy quick like. Did i mess up my sub. It looks fine and doesnt smell burn or anything soooo???? was it just the cd player..

ok im gonna be buying two 18 Fi bls and wondering if 4000 watts was too much for them. i know that Fi subs can take more than rated but is this too much?? they will hopefully be two U.S. AMPS MD 3Ds

Hi, I recently ordered a recone kit with a 15" basket for a btl n2. I saw, on bongo International (the shipper to my country) that there is only one package. I wonder if the basket is in the package. I could not see it on the pics provided. My sub is a 12" and I want to recone to a 15". I've ordered the good size for the recone. I hope it will come complete.

i have a quick question... i bought a dual 2 ohm Fi BL i want to wire in to 1ohm so i can get 1500wrms out of the SAZ-1500D to the sub can i not do that..can i only wire the sub to 2 ohms not 1ohm??

I have a 3500d series DD motor, that needs a recone, the basket originally was a 4 spoke 15, but was damaged and tossed, i still have the black plastic spacer but only one of the screws to connect the basket. so possibilities of turning it in to an 18? and cost? 3 inch coil, int. leads, extra spider, new basket and screws.

Ok, Im no expert but this is the first time seeing this piece in any subwoofer. I have an Fi Q 12 (2010 Version). I took my box out today for some room for a road trip and i come upon this piece inside the subwoofer box. I have the Pics link here. Its round about 1" in diameter. Well, just wrapped up a pretty decent showing at Slamology. Dbdrag in a trunk sucks but I did bring my strength in Bass Race to the lanes. I decided to run Street C for Dbdrag and ended up coming in 3rd with a 143.4db. For bass race, I took home 1st in the 129.9 class! I have yet to do a legit meter of me inside my car with my new alt for the SSNW class, but outside my car I snagged a 143.8, and I'll probably do a mid 144 when I sit inside it. Anyways, I made a flex vid with my phone of the low meter score, but ear damaging BTLs. Also, I have a Crescendo XST2s distance test off an Arc Audio FD2100.
