I finally got my btl but as i was looking and drooling over it i noticed that there are no mounting holes lol does this happen often and do i just drill them myself ?

I WANT TO UPGRADE MY SUBS FROM BLS TO BTLS. THEYRE LIKE 3 MONTHS OLD. AMI S.O.L. OR DOES FI HAVE A PROGRAM. MIGHT BE A DUMB ? BUT MORE DUMBER (LOL) IF I DONT ASK ALSO WHO MAKES A GOOD 3 WAY COMP BESIDES FOCAL AND IS ANY ONE FAMILIAR WITH THE RD AUDIO COMPONENTS

What up guys! I know I have been a pain trying to plan my setup, been doing it forever and a day now, lol. For the longest time I didn't heed many of your warnings, but tonight for some reason all your warnings hit me. I was thinking of jumping from my two little 12" RF P3's to 2 15" BTLs fully loaded. Money, time, patience, and the willingness to upgrade wasn't my issue, it was the BIG jump factor. I don't think I am ready to take such a huge jump from two weaklings to two way above monsters....so instead I'm gonna go with 2 15" BL's. I am greatly appreciative for all the help that you guys have provided me and look forward to picking your brains soon for mids/high…

Got a customer that is considering going with either a q10 or ssd 10. Customer mainly listens to rock, metal and other types of music along those lines. If i stick with the 1.5 cu.ft. net spec and tune alittle higher around 35-37 hz, how will that sound. Also, customer requirements is the sub has to be dual 2 ohm 1000 watts continous per what he stated. The vehicle is a1998 single cab Dodge Truck and the enclosure is replacing the center console with the both the sub and port firing back at the cab rear wall. So me and my buddies decided to see which car was louder. I had a 15" SSD and he had 2 type r 12" subs. I for sure thought he would be louder barley but he wasnt. I was suprised !

Well today I decided to finally pull the trigger on a 15" bl. Lately Ive hear that the SQ on this woofer has been better then people expected while still wangin I built a box last weekend and its been sitting in my car, and I just couldnt stand the though of an empty subwoofer box just sitting there. Will a fi audio ssd18 with a flatwond coil and bp power take 1600 watts daily? I would do a btl but that would be underpowered. if the fi can't take it, has anyone had experience with a 18" jaugernaut?

Ive heard how dominant the fi subwoofers are so i was curious do they plan on making any type of door speakers/tweeters and other sound equipment or are they just going to offer subwoofers

i'am planing on buying a FI Q. i' am just worried because i will ship it to another country and i might have trouble with it if it has a defect or when it gets broken. does FI get this kind of problem? wherein the costumer returns the subs because it has a defect? or you just get this once in a while?

Wow. that describes it. Last night I heard a 15" btl ran off of 1500 watts and it was so loud. I just ordered a 15" bl on thursday and if my sub gets any where near as loud as that one im gonna be pretty happy. After getting that little taste of fi im impressed.

i was cleaning my truck and my 4 way fell off my folded up 3rd row seat and put a 1inch hole in my dust cap. does anyone know if fi will sell me a new one? the sub is a 18" ssd ? i just emailed them also

yup it dont matter where i go or what i do, i can always stop and someone wants to get in......the end result is more vids for my site enjoy....the cleaner version will be up on my site a little later. Youtube will have to do till my admin gets home oh and the quad alts is the chit it is CRAZY loud now damn......subs arent getting hot at all.

I know SQ is rather subjective, but what are some opinions of BL compared to the Q. Maybe the easier way to do it would be rating each on a 1-10 scale, not sure. Either way, I would just like to know any and all opinions about the BL sound quality. Feel free to compare, rate, whatever. Thanks!
