I ordered my IB315's through Fi's website. The ordering process was very easy to navigate. I had contacted Fi Audio one time after ordering and I received a response within six hours. My subs were shipped by FedEx. They arrived at my doorstep efficiently packaged and unharmed. The subs have no scratches, paint chips, excess glue or any other abnormality. The build quality looks excellent without having any extra unneeded cosmetics.

I was wondering what happened to Sean from FI. I placed my order with him a little over 2 weeks ago(supposedly straight through him on what he told me was his personal cell phone number) anyways i've been calling him just about everyday since because I wanted to change the color of the logo on the dustcaps but I am unable to get a hold of him. Also he hasnt even taken the money out of my bank account for the order yet. I'm local to them so I was told I would be able to pick them up(really doesnt have anything to o with my issue)but he doesnt answer any of my calls. Can anybody on here get a hold of him and let him know that I want to change my dustcap color for me? If not…

After waiting a little over a month I was excited when the shipping guy called and said my sub showed up. Then he said it felt funny so he opened it before the FedEx guy left. He said it looks like its ok but I'll take pics of how it came. Here are those pics. I was very disappointed when I saw it. It's like someone through it in a box and hoped for the best. I bought some closeout mids from parts Express that were $30 that was packaged much better. I understand that shipping companies can be rough, especially with heavy boxes but still. I'm lucky that there isn't any apparent damage other than a little chip on the magnet. I'lbbl know more in a couple days when I g…

Got my eye on a BL 15 on Craigslist. Guy tells me the plastic piece that holds the sub terminals in place is broken.. Seems like an easy super glue/silicone fix but I'm worried what may have caused it.. He didn't seem to think it was a problem as if he has been running it just hanging there. I wouldn't think you would want those hanging? What do you guys think about that? Is it an easy fix? Would you purchase this sub? Pics look perfect but he mentioned the prob which has no pic. He's asking $200 for the sub

Hey guys before i get completely torn a new one the dimensions of this sub arent clearly listed on the website. I am working with very marginal clearance and i was hoping someone could help me out her. first off im looking to do 2 SSD10s under the back seat of my truck so space is tight to say the least. Does anyone have a picture of these or could help me with dimensions? Things that i know, the mounting depth is 6 inches. the only pictures that i saw had the mounting depth closer to 7 inches. When did they redesign this sub? secondly i know at the widest point the magnet is 7.5 inches in diameter. Can someone please help me with the dimensions of the magnet. The a…

Just got my recone for my RE SX, got it fully loaded with drilled compression plug. This is my first time dealing with the compression plug, so I just want to make sure I apply it correctly. It goes on the inside of the coil gap between the coil and underneath the dustcap right? It probably won't be able to stay in place, so would I need to glue it down?

Hey guys, just wanted to give you an update on our shipping. We have changed from UPS to Fed Ex. Now when you place your order, you will not get a tracking number until your order actually ships. Previously with UPS you would get the tracker as soon as your order was processed, so customers thought that there order had already shipped, when that was not the case, as we still had to machine all the parts and get it put together. Just trying to let everyone know, what is going on in the world of Fi. Thanks, Shawn

Hey guys, I just want to let everyone know. Our email is currently down with the changeover to the new website(which is awesome if I do say so myself). It is out of my hands right now and is on the new email company. I do apologize about the inconvenience. If you need anything right now, feel free to hit me up on here or in a PM. Thanks, Shawn

Well I sent in my FI sub for repairs at the beginning of may. Sent a few emails to Mr. Shawn, and he said they would repair it. After a while I started getting no response. Probably because of the recent medical issues. Hopefully you are recovering Mr. Shawn. Thoughts and prayers go out to you. Anyway, I got an email from him about 2 weeks ago, and I emailed him back. I have gotten no reply yet. Today I try to send another email, and none of my emails are being delivered to them. I am getting this message: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: [email protected] A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this e-mail address. Try sending thi…
