i want to get a bl 12 but i dont know what options. i listen to mainly all rap. and i just want the chit to bump. and do the bl's bump hard enough that you can feel it in your chest and throat? or is it just loud?

is 2.15 cu ft too small for a box for tthe fi bl 12? Thanks -T

Im going to order a 15" btl sub thats dual 2ohm, but im not sure what options to get with it. The sub will be used daily. I have a rockford fosgate T10001bd amp, would this be enough to run the btl?

Any information on what this series of IB will be? Is is going to be a lower performance IB solution than the IB3 or the opposite? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Hi, I just wanted to say good job to Fi car audio. I am extremely impressed the with the size and build quality of these woofers. The are much bigger in person then in the pictures. I can't wait to let them wang in car. :clap: Honestly, I think my system might be a little bigger then I was anticipating (however, when is that really ever an issue ). I will try to get some pictures up when I have them in my car.

15 RE SX or 15 FI BL w/cooling Which one hits harder? Which has better SQ? Trying to decide which one to go with.

so my girl is about to get her first system, and the shop here has the Rockford Fosgate P3 and the RE SE equally priced. She wants the 12s but neither she nor I know which one is the better sub I think the RE SE's but the installer seems to think the Rockfords are better, I told her to get 2 FI BLs but hey whatever, what do you guys think would be the better subs to get, and just because, how would the FI BLs fit in al of this???? I'm glad to see that the IB3 subs have finally been added to the site. I love that 30mm x-max. They should really get some air moving. Will there ever be a 10" version available? Three 10's would fit perfectly where I want to install them. I might be able to do three 12's, but the install would be a lot trickier as I only have an opening of 12"x 32", so if I go with three 12's, Ill have to mount a 13"x 38" baffle behind a 12"x 32" opening. How much clearance is required in front of the IB312 at full excursion? I'll need to know how far it will have to be spaced back for clearance at full mechanical excursion before I can determine whether or not I have enough clearance …

I have a quick question regarding the BTL's. My original plan was to get a BTL and run on a 3000D but i don't have enough money right now but i need something. Its killin me!!! So my question is, would it be fine to get a BTL and run it off a 1500D for the time being till i get the money for new alt.,bats. and the 3000D of course lol( With gains set and everything) And when i say would it be fine, i mean more of will it sound good, compared to a correctly powered BL? I have asked this question a few times to no avail....starting to make me wonder if its bein ignored on purpose.Posts 19, 23, & 24 Anyway. I am trying to ascertain what line/model of subs from Fi/AA would be an upgrade for me. I love the sq and low end capabilities of the Ava....don't care for the steep roll off up top but it is a trade off that is worth it if you have outstanding midbass. How does the SSD, Q, Havoc, etc. stack up. I would love to hear from some of you that have had the opportunity to hear all of them (or some) and the Ava. I know I am currently overpowering the hell out of my Ava, (Sundown 1500) and would like to possibly go with two 12s or another 1…

Hello all, Im new. Recently bought a used Fi BL 15" off someone online, when it was shipped to me the magnet was broken in two pieces. While I belive the rest of the sub is still good, im looking to replace the magnet. So my questions are Where can I get a replacement magnet? and Is it easy to take of the old one and put on the new one? Any help is appreciated.

ok i'm using a rockford 2 channel amp running about 1200 rms. The amp isn't 1 ohm stable so, when i wire up the sub to put a 4 ohm load into the amp will i put the postive and negatives into the amp where is says bridged? Also i was wondering what i should tune the amp too? My box is tuned at 33hz and i have the p chamfer BL 18". I heard i should set the gain at .5 but that doesnt sound right? i dont know if you need the name of the amp or not i'll have to check for the name and edit this. thank you edit- BL18" dual two ohm. just with p chamfer
