I have a 08 Tundra that I want to push two 10's in a ported enclosure the SD's would save me some space but my issue is I don't mind losing some leg room for the SA's but will my Arc Audio 2500 XXK at 1150 watts of clean power be enough to push SA's? or will It push the SD's more efficiantly. In other words what is better for this amp SD's or SA's this thing is new in the box I've had it lying around for a while it's a good amp and my budget can't afford a newer more powerful one

Hi, does anyone know the diameter on a soundqubed hdc3.110? Manufacturer doesn't list this, and I can't find it anywhere. I've got an odd shaped box I want to throw a pair in, but I need to make sure they'll fit first

is this sub the same as the concept PT and can some tell me more about the HC I was told there the same sub???

I recently acquired a 15 inch MTX Terminator, all I need is wiring and an amplifier but I don't know how strong of an amplifier I need because of how old the sub is. Can anyone help me out? I really don't know much about sub/amp combinations. A picture of it http://imgur.com/a/qeulw

I added a sa-10 in my nissan 350z and i notice i am having trouble hearing the music a little in my car with the sub turn all the way up. So i had to back down on the gain some tell the music sound better. now i am running stock component set's in my door's which i understand is the cause of my problem. My question is if i were to replace the tweeters with lets say some really nice jbl tweeter's i have would this help with my music tell i save up some money for better component set's.

I'm looking for the best overall SQ and SPL, a good balance. I'm only getting one sub cus I don't really have the space for 2. But I'm getting a custom box built around 2.0 cu ft. Tuned around 33hz. I have a Rockford 1000bd-1 (birthsheet 1373rms at 14.4v) . Wired to 1 ohm. Don't say Fi Bl just because your a Fi fan, I need to know which sub is better. THanks

Quick question. I currently own a Kicker L7 and am looking to get a new system. I'm thinking of getting two 12' MTX 8500's with a 1,000 watt amp. I can get them for $110 each through MTX, which is why I'm really not looking at other brands though they may be a little better. I'm a metal head so I'll be putting them in a sealed enclosure. I'm told these will hit hard but will also stay clean which is what I'm going for. Does anyone own or have any experience with these subs? Am I crazy to not get them for the price? Would I be better off getting Kicker CVX's for $20 more? Any feedback would be great.

For those of you that have owned both pair OR heard both pair in a similar environment please comment on which you prefer and why? I am in the market for a nice set for components, and I am being torn between several sets. A new set just came up... Seas. I had never heard of them before, and someone told me they are the best sounding speaker for the money. Box is small,.6-.75 and is sealed.I know that it won't give out the sort of output like a ported would,but I don't have room for a huge box.Looking for a mix of loud and good sound if that is possible.600rms @2ohm on hand. $150 price,give or take a few bucks.Thinking I can get a decent used one.

7" dayton vs. 6.5" AA poly midbass i was reading some posts and it seems like many people have tried the AA and i was wondering if anybody has used both and could give a comparison. i am looking for something to run as dedicated midbass in a 3way frontstage. both would be run off a PPI DCX600.4 so 75watts to each side. the will be used with 4" focal polyglass comps.

was going to buy another 15 and have two 15's in a sealed box off 1500 rms, but been told by some guys from team kicker that my zx1500.1 can run at 1 ohm daily all day. So now i may just switch out my crossfire vr1000d for the zx1500.1. With the difference of 500 rms, should i notice an audible difference. I just can't afford the other 15 right now and i know that one 15 ported vs. two 15's sealed should get me the same output.any help is appreciated

i have a little problem in choosing which sub and how many. right now my setup in a singer 250amp alternator 6 phase with a dc audio 3.5k and a single IA DR upgraded goodies 15d1 in a 3.27cubic box before sub displacement my question is which 1 10" weather it be the xcon or icon could handle the power from a dc audio 3.5k after break in time. and still have a little room to shine or im debating getting 2 10" or a single 12". my problem is idk what kind of power people are giving the subs before they get "toasty" and want to "send out smoke signals" thank you in advance for your help

alright guys so i was pretty much set on 4 sa-10's in the trunk of my civic for my next project i want to do...until i came across the AA arsenal. I see that the arsenal works well in a smidge smaller ported enclosure which is good and also i see that the arsenal has a sensitivity of about 85db 1w/1w and the sa-10 is around 81 i believe. Not too sure how big of a difference that would be but on paper it looks pretty good haha. So my question to you all that may have had one of these or installed any is what do you think of the AA arsenal? Is it more of a sq subwoofer or is it more of a spl sub. right now i have a AQ hd3 12 that i am running with 1800 watts at 2ohm. the box it is in is 2.5 tuned at 32hz. i am wondering if a sundown nightshade ran at 1ohm with 2400watss goin to it in the same box would be louder? this is a DD not no fart machine.

I am considering a different amp combination. Would a DLS A7 with 600 watts in 1 ohm, be enough to run a Gen 2 SI 12"? I only have 1 sub, but am considering running 2 A7's and get a second 12" sub. So how would 1 sub with 1000 watts compare to 2 subs with 600 watts each?

I'm gonna be gettng a new system in a few months, after I save up the money, (had a single alpine type R, sold it to get some cold cathodes, currently got 8 under my seat and dash), and I want to go with RE. My wallets liking the SE, But part of me wants to get the SX's. My question is, Will there be a noticable differance between the SE's and the SX's? I will be running 2 12's in a ported box. Alright so my cousin just poppped his RE SE 12 the model from 06. So i got a quote from Fi. 180 bone stock He has the hifonics 1608D 1600wrms @1 ohm and the audiocontrol epicenter. But there are alotof options at Fi so wich ones would be good.Like an extra spider? he doesnt want them to pop again

I just picked up a BNIB D.7 9518Z from a friend of mine. I am going back and forth between doing a normal ported enclosure or a 4th order bandpass. I have about 6-7 cubes net to work with. Its going in the back of my PT Cruiser on two Sundown SAZ-2000's at .7ohm each. So 4500+rms, but less obviously for daily. What do y'all think?

are you all planning on coming out with like comps or any other product besides the mags???
