Subwoofers / Speakers

I've become interested in getting a pair of these but couldn't find the power handling of these anywhere. Does anyone know what their RMS power is? Thanks

There seems to be a lot of misconception about an infinite baffle, so here goes my stab at it with a link to a forum that has a lot of dedication and experience to them. What I have gathered: A baffle is a board a speaker driver is mounted to. When a speaker is not attatched to anything, and the front and rear wave are completely allowed to go around the driver and are not in any way isolated or coupled, it is free air. Sup.. I haven't posted on here in ages because I took an lil break from car audio for an while, but with every other hobby you get that itch again and get tired of not having bass in your vehicle. I'm in a lil dilemma here. I can't make up my mind on choosing on what subwoofers I should go with. I really want 2 10" because I've never ran 2 10s before. Test Box the subs / SoundStream XxX / Memphis M3 MojoMaxx / Pierce Audio Moab / 3x 15"

I currently have an Alpine type r 15 on a kicker zx750.1. I have it in a 3.75ft net box tuned to 35 hz and it gets pretty loud and sounds decent. My choices of a new sub were a SSA Icon 15, FI SSD 15, and an AA Choas 15. The new sub would go into the same old box but now run off a T1000-1bdcp. I want to know which sub would sound better off my amp. I want it to be louder than my type R and sound good as well.

i am just wondering guys i am gonna get a sundown zv3 and wondering if i run scv2000d amp to it would that be good for my first sub ? any help would be awsome

if i bought a 2 ohm btl would i need a 1 ohm stable amp?

I got my brand new DC lvl 3 15" today. To start off i have to say the build quality is very good! It has 5 stiff spiders. Everything looks similar to what would be on an Fi sub/Ascendant/Sundown.. As for entry level. On to the sound... The low end is killer, top isn't as nice.. Dosnt play anything too audiable from 65hz and up. Enclosure is 7.2^ft gross, 3.7 cubic ft net tuned at 30hz, peaking at 45hz. Power handling on 2200rms isn't at its best but it can definatly take it for short burps/demos. I would recomend around 800rms to get this thing moving good. Overall it is a good sub and can get loud. Dosn't have the SQ of my old Fi Q but maybe its the enclosure... Output-7…

Greets all. I am considering options for an impending install (my first) in my 2002 Nissan Sentra. My goal is a simple, yet good sounding front stage with simple and space saving low frequencies. Specifically, I'll be listening to a set of the $75 Cadence components up front and a yet to be determined sub system driven by a Cadence TXA6004 4-channel amp. Looking at the specs for the MLI-65, it would seem that they might work well in an infinite baffle alignment in the 6 1/2" holes on the back deck(parcel shelf?). If i wired two sundown SAZ 1500D and strappem to 3.0K watts RMS @ 2 ohm and run two 15" mags, can i make it so the subs are only getting 2.2-2.4K watts? would that be just turning the gain down right? cus i wana run two amps but not power the subs at 3K more like 1.2 a peice. I hear this will be loud and clean and make people go HUH!

I am upgrading my power on this sub from a Viper 1200, which already got it loud as piss, to a US Amps 07 model Merlin MD3D for daily street beating. How will the sub take the power? I have heard that in this power range in when the sub will really come to life. This won't be too much for daily will it? And what kind of increase in output can I expect? I know it may seem like a dumb question but any respones are welcome.

anyone have any experience with these subs? I can get a couple 12s from someone local for 250. I watched a couple youtube vids of them but you cant tell much about them. the guy selling says they are the loudest subs he has ever had but he also said that kicker L7s were the loudest he has had before that so idk. ps 12 d4. lmk what you guys think

hey guys, i've been trying to figure out what to do and i'm hoping you guys can help me out. i've been on the fence for the past few months trying to decide which pair of subwoofers i should get for my new set up and i've narrowed it down to two choices, but i can't decide which one to go with. my choices are either 2 Incriminator Audio Lethal Injection 12'' or 2 AudioQue SDC2.512. the crappy thing is i'm in Canada so its tough to find the subs to demo in person. now from what i've read online about reviews for each sub they both seem to be awesome. they both cost about the same. both do 600rms/1200peak though i've read that people have given them both more with no worr…

Which 8" sub would u use for rock?

Just received my 2 DCON's the other day, and couldn't help but notice the MASSIVE magnets on them, which leads me to wonder... Call me an idiot, but how does such a gigantic magnet (and all of the other high end parts used) only ammount to 300 watts RMS?? I see many other subs with SMALLER magnets (RF P3) that handle MUCH more power...?

Hey guys. Can I wire two D1's (Fi SSD's) to a final ohm load of 1? If not what are my options w/ the D1's? I know I can get a .5 (bad) or 2 (ok) w/ two D2's... Thanks

I have these mystery 15" subwoofers, I need some help finding out who makes them and what they're rated. The way they are installed atm in this guys tahoe would make it a real pain to take them out and check the back, so hopefully this is the easiest solution. The dust caps say five star champion series, Anytime I try to search the internets for them I get 5star ratings on subs and pioneer champion series.
