You know, if you don't like the rules you don't have to visit the site. There is a line between letting people do what they please and being a tyrannical overlord. It takes some effort on the part of the poster to not act like a retard as well. We are trying to better the quality of the site and help people but they have to give a shit about sounding intelligent first. If a person doesn't care enough to take a little bit of time to form an intelligent though or ask a question in even half broken English they really don't need to be a part of the site.

Dude, you need to get firefox. It has a spell checker. This is getting annoying. Your sentences are horrible and the words you spelled wrong are almost elementary. I usually don't care about slang and internet shortcuts but sometimes it is too much. Please download firefox and install it. But on the subject, I think the HDC3s will get louder but the iXLs will sound better. Chop has heard the 10" iXL I built for my girlfriend. Ask him about it. And Enellz has the HDC3s. I think he heard them too. Also I think the HDC3 want to be in bigger boxes compared to the iXLs. If you are going to get the HDC3s, I'd get them soon because that price is for a limited time, for customer appreciation sale. I think the Mach5 prices are in Canadian dollars so it will be cheaper in US dollars.

When a manufacturer gives you an optimal volume, why not use that? Getting low is not a problem for the Xcons. I have mine in a little over 3cf and they pound. Pounded the kerf port of my box in to a cracked submission in fact. I am going to build a new box using SSA optimum ported specs of 4cf, but first I am going to glue a new board over the front to cover the port and try it sealed for a few days. Nothing to lose and maybe I will like it better sealed. Great woofers, you will love them.

We got it and gave you an answer on the lack of information giving. Regarldess both subs are good and there is no best out of the two, if so the inferior one wouldnt be still selling. Now which sub is better for you application is another question and all that depends on your system and goals. There arent any bad subs on this forum; just get one that: fits in your budget, power range, enclosure size space availability and so on.
