  1. I've been trying super hard to get my box calculations right. Can someone confirm these #'s?? I really hope I'm on the money. in advance. Box is 32" tall, 15" deep, and 18" wide. Port is 16.5" tall (internal), 2.25" wide, and 40" long. Looking to be 31-32hz, 2.25cu.ft. after sub and port displacement. :fingers crossed:
  2. Just simple math. I have a calculator that I made that does it for me.
  3. If your looking for output IB shouldn't be one of your options.
  4. wow i can't believe i forgot to throw in the displacement. lol THANKS! I used a displacement of .15cu.ft. for the sub (guesstimation) How is that? I'm glad to here I'm close!
  5. 160 db is pretty hard to break in a normal install. You have to do severe vehicular modifications to get above that, and most of the time that renders the vehicle undriveable. So 156 is pretty close to as loud as you can get in a typical install. It's somewhat easy to get to 140. Almost any decent 12-15 in a ported box will be around there. But each db above that is harder to attain.
  6. A single XCON 15" in a 4cube tuned to 32hz will fit. Check out my thread http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/topic/45144-enclosure-delimma-quote/
  7. make sure you get one that seals the pressurized air off from the break fluid Something like this then?
  8. I know it's easier for all of you if I just pull all of the pictures and video's from the threads so you guys can find them easily, so here they are. Pretty empty right now, but I will keep updating it. My Daily Driver 4 VVX-12's on a Sundown SAZ-2500D. Not a lot of pictures, video's coming soon! You can buy them from the store on this website . From what I have seen on them so far they look to be a great sub especially for the price
  11. Picked up my enclosure today! Met up with Andrew at a local spot to pick it up. The box is just as nice in person. It's an awesome box and fits great in my trunk (there's still a lot of room!). Thanks again Argent Audio and Andrew!
