  1. Just remeber this, if you exceed the RMS rating of the sub you will overheat the voicecoil. The gain setting on the amplifier has nothing to do whatsover with how much power the amplifier can produce...... So the whole "keep the gain down" is just false security..... If you have a sub that is thermally rated to handle no more than 2000 watts, you can destroy it with a 2000 watt amplifer 100% of the time if you really try... This is true for any subwoofer that has a realistic 2000 watt thermal rating....

Imagine that. Just a little fyi. ANY time management class will teach you that the "I'm too busy" means "It's not important to me" and its always the case. If its truly important you prioritize differently.
  3. I use a sundown 125.2 for mine. A little out of your price range but you can get them new for 205
  4. Errrrrr No Wardens for you!!!
  5. If you gotta ask.. Speakers do what you tell them to do, in the environment that you put them in..soooo if they burn up then you did something wrong. There's a reason why RMS is there

Nope. If they have a problem with it then they can contact me and let me know. Im not paying to be a vender here......If ssa wants to bring me in as a vender and take a cut of what I make off of here id be ok with that but seeing it looks like no one is interested here in my work. Im not going to pay them the fee to become a vender..
  7. So bringing this back up to mention my kinetik 1400 doesn't keep it's voltage anymore..
  8. Wtf are cookies. I put it on craigslist.
  9. No I stated that it's not maintaining voltage. I'm asking $50. I actually see alot of people posting bad batteries, figured someone will buy mine.
  10. If I were you id get the 3500's and just turn the gain down for daily, so you'd have the headroom for comps.
