  1. your god damn right... look at that stack of sex.... 20000 watts of monster swinging cock... taking control and being the boss...... fuck man.......... peoples wet dream is your reality and im loving every second of it... time to set records and set bars,. sweeet Jesus drunk post
  2. If you look closely there is another one in my hand. That's for him. He loves beer.
  3. whhhhaaaaaaaaatttt nice to see some progress.
  4. there's nothing wrong with atomic amps? the company on the other hand...
  5. Without sounding like a complete douche and "Oh, I have so much audio equipment ..." I think everyone knows there's a lot of good pieces out there on the used market. I've got JL w7's and my share of 4-channel amplifiers. My question is about the w7, but any car audio equipment for that matter ... I know next to nothing about home audio, other than I like it and I'm sure I'll go down this route as I get older (mature / family). In this situation, is it worth holding onto these pieces and trying to make something of it? Or just go on as I would and purchase proper home audio pieces when the time comes? The only reason I ask is it would be silly to spend $500 on a 300w home subwoofer when I have a 750w w7 that has home applications as well. And 4 Channels, besides the ghetto look in your living room, could probably run a set of speakers I imagine. Thanks for your help. I just don't want to sell off all my equipment (in the process of) and then regret it in 2 years time.
  6. You and me, buddy. Hopefully I'll have at least one fitted this weekend. I think no matter the car I would have gutted the whole panel and fit it with some wicked shapes.
  7. Exactly what I'd recommend. 150w on a true PA sub will do more than 1000w on a non-crappy boutique sub for his application. Choosing based on need is more important...
  8. Man bro those subs look really really nice like that. Have a beer for me too.
  9. Thanks everyone for the kind words. Thank you especially to Aaron Clinton and Mark LaFountain for running such an awesome company! Your products and customer service are top notch. Thank you Duran for the awesome dustcaps. Thank you Drew aka bassahaulic for the great enclosure design. More work is being done on the Cobalt this weekend. We will see how much, depends on how many of these I drink:
  10. Be careful what you wish for as well. A complete dominate or lack thereof relationship over time will take it's toll on the one who is dominated. Battles should be picked where a difference is made. You have to give some things up to maintain the rest. Ye olde 80/20 rule is a rather good one to stick by.
  11. Exactly it doesn't mean shit so why act like it does? I don't think anyone is??? So wtf are you talking about lol..... Exactly it doesn't mean shit so why act like it does? That was my point, thanks Ricksi30. Op I cant wait to see how much of gain the T2000 subs would be if any, using the same enclosure or building a new one? Do you think you maxed out your testing and abuse on SA's yet? Nice build log so far, I always wanted to try Diamond Audio subs but never got around to it. I think the T2000s will be a good step up over SAs. T3 claims 31bl on the subs I'm getting... Even if its not that high, its still a much larger motor structure than the SAs. I haven't maxed out testing on the SAs and I want to keep them. But I need more electrical. So they might be sacrificed... But they're far from maxed out on the single 3k. before one of the 3ks popped the SAs were a good bit audibly louder than the diamonds. I could tell I hadn't reached power compression like I did with the diamonds. I'm building a new enclosure this weekend. Hopefully run changeable ports, do an 8" for spl, 6" for daily, but we'll see. The box will be more SPL oriented since the 12s will be temp, and I'll be going to 15s. I've been nothing but happy with diamond audio. I would still have my D3 12s, but a hurricane took em away lol. I did 12+ burps on them with the 3ks strapped @1ohm. I think the one 3k popped from blowing the subs. You can tell where one of the coils pretty much blew up
  12. Regulate. It sounds like you want this to work, she must have something that attracted you to her other than good pussy or you wouldn't be stressing this. That is not a bad thing man. It's being growed up. Go to a neutral place. Not your homes, some park or place neither of you has specific feelings about. Just make sure it's pseudo private. Hash it out, tell her how you feel. Make sure she understands you. If she refuses, then say goodbye. But you have to listen to her also.
  13. This has been the view I've seen while entering my living room since this past January. As of today this is my new view. Before we get to the good stuff, writing on my subs. Actually following up on the "I know what I'm doing wiring my amp up" comment. This is how I'm keeping all the wires in order. I identified the coils as VC1 and VC2. The polarity was up next since the push connects are color coordinated on the bottom only, making it hard to see. Lastly the "WHT" and the not shown "BLK" reffer to the color of the zip ties used to bundle the pairs of wires. Now the good stuff. One sub in, one ready to go in. With the mounting hardware so close to the lip I had to sand a flat on the washers to clear. It's official, they're in. I don't know about you, but I'm digging the "no gasket" look. Almost there.
  14. At the route your at there is no disappointment at all, win lose or draw SSA still got your back. Cant wait to see new amp placement, maybe after this power upgrade new doors
  15. A built a new box, very nice. Hopefully you guys like it. Its around 5.5 cubic feet, 78" of port and is tuned to 34 hertz. Paint job is thanks to my lovely girlfriend Maria. Tell me what you think!
  16. Some nice progress lately, should be done in no time since you already have all the equipment. Maybe I missed it but are there gonna be new doors as well or is your front stage already up to par?
  17. Definitely, 158.7 is no small feat.
  18. WIth the build as it is, you shouldnt worry about disappointing man. Its already SICK.
  19. Awesome! Post some pics or videos.
  20. Nice progress, finally got us some port porn to look at haha
  21. cant wait to see them subs... they look beast
  22. Pics of new subs? Those T2000s look beast.
  23. so very true. Some tools for reps......
  24. uh oh, more woodz lol. this is gonna look nice mango
  25. That port is acting like a longer port, because of how close it comes out to the trunk, changing your tuning. Also make sure there are no air leaks whatsover. You need a lot more port for those subs, your sketched box would be much better.
  26. Exactly it doesn't mean shit so why act like it does?
  27. Same build house does not mean same amps or components inside, fyi.

In the off topic section would be fine. And man, just took a ride with a buddy of mine who is mid 150's and tried your songs and they all sound amazing and get low/loud. Can't wait to try them in my upper 150 PT. ;-)
  29. Truely an awesome idea!
  30. Little love for Neal
  31. Nope..i'm done Good to see that you still hang around.
  32. Picking up T2000 12s friday. Should take take the power I know the SAs will take it for a few burps Powerbass XA4000's from what I've seen they'll do a little more than rated and take .5 all day I guess I just don't like your choice of subs. Diamond Audio, and then T3... And then Atomic amps... IDK, w/e makes you happy I guess. I hope it works out for you! And yes I'm aware of the numbers you have achieved, I state my opinion simply out of my opinion.
  33. If you have any intentions of upgrading in the future, as far as power is concerned, I would suggest the Gcon. But the Dcon is a monster sub in its own right as well. What sub will have more output with that much power, I'm not sure.

Welcome. I too run the zcons... Love em!
  35. Not yet, but the re-cones are paid for!
