BHE wall build #5 of '12 SAZ4500D/2 Zv3 18's/4th order sueded
if im doing a sheet metal ground thats what i do too. the reason you put it through the terminal itself is to keep it from moving. makes it a solid ground. i usually use 2 in the hole and 1 in the terminal itself. most daily setups dont need much more than that because they never really have enough current to make a difference. No, the real reason you put it through the terminal too is because your too lazy to use it the way it was intended and it may take alittle more time.. LOL2 points

Cuts bigger than 45? - I think so Thanks to JBLCAMRY for the technique The only way to do it is to glue it The bottom goes together....1 point- BHE wall build #5 of '12 SAZ4500D/2 Zv3 18's/4th order sueded
@focalrock4life, Big big thanks for everything, especially this Wires run through. Here is just a little preview of the wiring that we pulled off (we = NT_Hardcore) more to come.1 point- BHE wall build #5 of '12 SAZ4500D/2 Zv3 18's/4th order sueded
the bottom piece this is the one that gets bolted to the car. Carpet the bottom side to stop it from squeaking. nothing worse than driving around with a squeak that you cant get rid of. Secured to the car. Shot of the battery rack in its infancy1 point- BHE wall build #5 of '12 SAZ4500D/2 Zv3 18's/4th order sueded
beginning of the tearout Back seat action...........those days are over. The wrong way to measure out your wall. more on that later 2 51 ft spools of Rockford fosgate wire. Stuff is very impressive, and really easy to work with. you want these to go through the firewall? Sure, no problem.1 point- 91 Turbo Civic, SounDigital 16KD, 4 15 BTL N2s Walled

im pretty sure i do got the alt hooked up with 4/0 tonight... got the buss bars cut and the holes drilled....got 2 grounds done for the rear batt bank.... gonna do 4 grounds altogether when i get more time... but the car is now runnin on 6 batts.... starts up so much better... and the car itself is more responsive now.... hard to explain lol.... forgot to bring my camera though so ill take some pics of what i did tomorrow... need to raise the rear of the car up as well lol... sits lower than the front cause of the batts... it didnt really lower any in the rear with the box and the subs... but once the batts went in it squated like a mofo lol...1 point- SSA DCON
1 pointMagnet diameter or size has nothing to do with the power handling. Power handing is determined by the size, material and design of the voice coil as well as the cooling ability of the motor itself (how and where air is passed and vented in and out of the motor, etc). And really, the motor isn't all that large on the Dcon. You need to get out more1 point- SSA DCON
1 pointThe coil and motor cooling(Which cost a considerable amount more) determine power handling.1 point- Welcome to the IHoP
1 pointOne other caveat is that you aren't an output fiend. Frequency range or output, pick one. Using an extended driver will of course decrease this, but you can still easily achieve reference levels. Just don't expect to impress anyone from FL.1 point- 91 Turbo Civic, SounDigital 16KD, 4 15 BTL N2s Walled
lol not getting the electrical done til tomorrow but tomorrow ill be cutting the bus bars, drilling the holes in the bus bars, hookin the bars up to the batts and hooking up the alt with 4/0 cable and running it back to the batts... then finally i can hook up the amp and get the front done. will have pics tomorrow Sounds like you have it all figured out, I can't wait to see more.1 point- Welcome to the IHoP
1 point- 08 scion xb^2 B2 products galore.

I blame SSA for this! Broken roof supports. Damn those XCON's are monsters!1 point- Can't decide on components

1 point- Fi N3 PRICES!!!!!???????
1 pointUr wrong, DD is the best, the coils are sprinkled with fairy dust and it's ok to charge $2000 for the Z series.1 point- Fi N3 PRICES!!!!!???????
1 pointIf I were in charge of Fi, I'd charge more. A lot more. They could and I doubt it would affect the sales all that much. Pretty funny that the OP starts the thread to rip Fi on pricing and has pictures of DD in his sig. Doesn't take ANY audio education to see the comparison of whose prices are out of whack there....1 point- Fi N3 PRICES!!!!!???????
1 pointGo fuck yourself. Don't like it don't buy it. Nobody owes you an explanation1 point- 91 Turbo Civic, SounDigital 16KD, 4 15 BTL N2s Walled
I hope you plan on using more then 2 runs of 8awg. lol1 point- I'm not seeing much IA builds here
i had thought that IA probably made the majority of their sales through brick & mortar shops but yes yall need some ppl here to support ur internet section too like how other brands are supporting their's maybe yall ought to provide some incentive to dealers & those who buy it through shops to come online & post about it , give a few freebies like some stickers , t-shirts , key chains , posters & such which wouldnt cost the company much $ so u get alot more publicity 1 major turnoff for ppl i have talked to who have looked at IA on ur website or on here is lack of T\S specs since they are very skeptical of trying something that cannot even see specs for ...... yes i know IA says not to use t\s to plug into box programs since they did alot of real word testing & to use their recommendation or call\email for advice but afaik IA is the probably the only company that hides its t\s specs though i noticed that recently in the SSA store t\s for some models have been posted up need to have some free box designs up too like how ssa has for their subs1 point- 2- IB315 in the trunk
